通過對程控濾波器的理論分析，在研究MAX262的功能和單片機的SPI總線通信的基礎上，提出了基于MAX262的程控濾波器設計方案，設計了程控濾波器的軟硬件，并給出了測試結果。

By analyzing the programmable filter,the paper puts forward a programmable filter system design based on MAS262 on basic of studying MAS262 features and SPI bus communication.Software and hardware of the programmmable filter are designed,and the test result is given.
針對目前采用的熱敏電阻測量方法，提出了采用單總線數字式溫度傳感器DS18B20和單片機組成的新型溫度測量儀。介紹DS18B20的結構和工作原理，以及單總線工作原理，給出了由Mega8單片機和DS18B20構成的單總線溫度測量儀的硬件電路及軟件流程圖。經試驗基于單總線器件DS18B20的溫度測量儀，具有測量準確、測溫范圍寬、體積小、控制方便等優點。
Abstract:
This paper brings forward a new temperature meter composed of 1-Wire temperature sensor DS18B20 and MCU which has advantage of the thermistor. In the article, the DS18B20＇s structure and controlling principles are introduced and hardware circuit and software diagram of the temperature meter are given.After been tested,the temperature meter has the advantages of accurate measurement, wide temperature range, small volume and convenient controlling.

Abstract:
It is difficult to realize Chinese characters input method based on the embedded system by using the traditional design method of display control. It is possible to input and display Chinese characters based on the embedded system with the ROM of small content by using the LCD module with Chinese characters.Chinese characters input method of the quadric index recall in allusion to Chinese characters code is brought forward.The interface and the principle of Chinese characters display control based on the LCD module controlled with the ST7920 is introduced too.The serial interface of the computer keyboard in common use and the embedded system is given at the same time. It can enhance the embedded system function of Chinese characters input by using this technology, and provide a kind of Chinese characters input scheme for the embedded system with small capacity ROM.
The P82B96 offers many different ways in which it can be used as abus interface. In its simplest application it can be used as aninterface between bus systems operating from different supplyvoltages. Abstract： This paper aims to put forward a complete design of Smart IC card reader based onSerial Port and propose the way of realizing it for the purpose of Network Security. SMD isadopted to make Smart IC reader smaller in this design. To reduce the volume of Smart ICreader， Serial Port powered technology is employed to get power from the signal line of Serial Port. 在現代通信系統中，電話語音的頻帶被限制在300 Hz～4 kHz的范圍內，帶來了語音可懂度和自然度的降低。為了在不增加額外成本的前提下提高語音的可懂度和自然度，進行了電話語音頻帶擴展的研究。提出了一種改進的基于碼本映射的語音帶寬擴展算法：在碼本映射的過程中，使用加權系數來得到映射碼本?？陀^測試結果表明，用此算法得到的寬帶語音的譜失真度比用一般的碼本映射降低至少2%。主觀測試結果表明，用此算法得到的寬帶語音具有更好的可懂度和自然度。
Abstract:
In modern communication systems， the bandwidth of telephone speech is limited from 300Hz to 4 kHz， which reduces the intelligibility and naturalness of speech. Telephone speech bandwidth extension is researched to get wideband speech and to improve its intelligibility and naturalness， without increasing extra costs. This paper put forward an improved algorithm of speech bandwidth extension based on codebook mapping. In the process of codebook mapping， weighted coefficients were used to get mapping codebook. Objective tests show that spectral distortion of wideband speech obtained by this algorithm reduces at least 2%， comparing to conditional codebook mapping. Subjective tests show that the wideband speech obtained by this algorithm has better intelligibility and naturalness.
