ITU-T G.723.1 Speech Coder: Matlab implementation
This package implements the speech coder and decoder. Full documentation
is in the PDF file included with the package. The test folder has test
programs for the coder and decoder (for Windows).
A .zip file contains a series of scripts that were used in the MathWorks webinar "Using MATLAB to Develop Portfolio Optimization Models." The scripts generate 3D efficient frontiers for a universe of 44 stocks with time as the third axis. Additional scripts perform various ex-ante and ex-post analyses. Results are generated with and without market adjustments in the data. A readme.txt. file in the .zip folder describes each script and how to use it

Visual Chat 1.91 Developer Edition
- Customize the Visual Chat code regarding your own requirements
- Use customchatdev.html for developing / testing

- Adapt the customchat.html file
- Upload all the files to your webserver
- Start the ChatServer by invoking java at.ac.uni_linz.tk.vchat.ChatServer [port [server-key]] from your commandline
- I kindly ask you to leave copyright and credit information in the InfoPanel.class as it is - but you are invited to add your own text. In case of violations I will consider excluding this class from the source in the future.
Also since the domain name--against which the retrieved domain name is to be matched--is currently hard coded.
Hence the hard coded name has to be change before compiling the user mode program
The .lib file which has been provided in \DD\DD folder is checked built using Win XP DDK as of now.
For build this project you can use ant (www.apache.org). Before build project rename
file build.properties.pattern in build.properties and set specific for your machine
parameters, then start build.bat (for Windows platform) or build.sh (for Linux)
in root project folder. After compile process all binary files will be copy into
build forlder.
