數字控制的交流調速系統所選用的微處理器、功率器件及產生PWM波的方法是影響交流調速系統性能好壞的直接因素。在介紹了正弦脈寬調制(SPWM)技術的基礎上，設計了一種以8098單片機作為控制器，以智能功率模塊IPM為開關器件的變頻調速系統。通過軟件編程，產生正弦脈沖寬度調制波形來控制絕緣柵雙極晶體管的導通和關斷，從而達到控制異步電動機轉速的目的。實驗結果表明，該系統可調頻率調電壓，穩定度高，調速范圍寬，具有較強的實用價值
Abstract:
AC variable speed with digital control systems used microprocessors， power devices and generate PWM wave is the direct factors of affecting the performance AC speed regulation system. On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology，this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller， intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming， resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off， so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage， high stability， wide speed range， has a strong practical value.
設計了一種基于PIC16C71單片機的數字水溫配制閥。該配制閥采用NTC熱敏電阻作溫度傳感器，與固定電阻組成簡單分壓電路作為水溫測量電路，利用PIC16C71單片機內置的8位A/D轉換器把熱敏電阻上的模擬電壓轉換為數字量，PIC16C71單片機控制直流電機驅動混水閥調節冷熱水的混合比例實現水溫調節。給出了控制電路圖，對水溫測量電路的參數選擇和測溫精度作了詳細討論。實驗和分析表明，選用阻值較大的NTC熱敏電阻和分壓電阻可較好地解決熱敏電阻因功耗較大造成的熱擊穿問題。
Abstract:
A digital valve for controlling water temperature based on PIC16C71 was presented in this paper.A bleeder circuit which consisted of a NTC thermistor as temperature sensor and a fixed resistance was designed as water temperature measuring circuit.The analog voltage on the thermistor was converted into digital signal by a 8-bit A/D converter embedded in PIC16C71. Based on the digital signal， the MCU PIC16C71 drived the valve by a DC motor to adjust the water temperature through adjusting the proportion of hot water and cold water.The circuit diagram of controller was given，the principle，the component parameters and the accuracy of measuring temperatures were also dissertated in detail. It was found by experiment and analysis that thermal breakdown of thermistor caused by high power could be solved by selecting thermistor and fixed resistance with high impedance value.
設計一種基于P89V51RD2的功率因數測量儀，采用光電隔離器和專用數碼管驅動器。該測量儀是以增強型單片機P89V51RD2為核心，大大簡化系統硬件設計。而軟件部分采用模塊化設計思想，采用中值濾波和小數補償算法，實現功率因數的高精度測量。實驗測試表明，該功率因數測量儀測量精度高，運行穩定可靠。
Abstract:
A power－factor measurement instrument based on P89V51RD2is designed，which uses optical coupler and specific LED drive chip.The power factor measurement instrument uses P89V51RD2as a core of which greatly simplifies the system design.Furthermore，modularization software is developed in detail.The high precision power－factor measuring system is realized by the center value filter and fractional compensation algorithm.Experiments manifests that the power－ factor measurement instrument is high precision，steady and reliable.
介紹了當前普通標記機控制系統現狀及其存在缺點，給出氣動標記機及相頻修正PWM模式的工作原理。采用ATmega16單片機和USB轉換RS232接口器件CH341T實現驅動控制系統與PC的實時通訊，標記控制系統可升級到USB接口。采用基于ATmega16的相頻修正PWM替換555振蕩電路產生的PWM，可直接通過軟件調整PWM信號。使用達林頓三極管TIP122替代直流繼電器驅動高頻電磁閥，使得電磁閥驅動電路簡單，成本低廉。該控制系統已成功應用于氣動標記機。
Abstract:
In this paper,the actuality and demerit of the common gas marking machine control systems are described.The operation principle of the gas marking machine and the phase and frequency correct PWM of ATmega16is introduced.The real-time communication between the driving control system and PC by CH341T which its function is translated USB to RS232is realized,the control systems is updated grade to USB interface.The PWM signal can be adjustable by software for the555surge circuit was substituted by the phase and frequency.The high frequency electromagnetic value’s driving circuit by DC relay is replaced by TIP122,therefore,the circuit is become simple and the cost cheap.The control systems has been widely used in gas marking machine.
提出一種基于單片機AT89C51SND1C的MP3播放系統的設計方案。單片機集成了專用的解碼器，使用K9F1208閃存作為外存儲器，放音電路采用CS4330，存儲文件通過播放器上的USB接口設備從PC機上直接下載，液晶顯示采用LCD1602。方案設計簡單，性價比高，低功耗，易擴展。由于采用的是通用單片機實現的，可以很容易地移植到其他微控制器系統中，有很強的市場競爭能力和實用價值。

A MP3 player design based on microchip AT89C51SND1C was presented, which used K9F1208 Flash chip as the memory circuit and used CS4330 as play chip. Storage files were download from PC through USB interfaces player on the device，and the LCD/602 was used as display screen. This system had characteristics of simple design,low power,easy expand，low cost and high recognition. Using of universual microchip make it easy to transplant to other microcontrol system，and have strong market competitiom and practical value.

波長信號的解調是實現光纖光柵傳感網絡的關鍵，基于現有的光纖光柵傳感器解調方法，提出一種基于FPGA的雙匹配光纖光柵解調方法，此系統是一種高速率、高精度、低成本的解調系統，并且通過引入雙匹配光柵有效地克服了雙值問題同時擴大了檢測范圍。分析了光纖光柵的測溫原理并給出了該方案軟硬件設計，綜合考慮系統的解調精度和FPGA的處理速度給出了基于拉格朗日的曲線擬合算法。
Abstract:
Sensor is one of the most important application of the fiber grating. Wavelength signal demodulating is the key techniques to carry out fiber grating sensing network， based on several existing methods of fiber grating sensor demodulation inadequate， a two-match fiber grating demodulation method was presented. This system is a high-speed， high precision， low-cost demodulation system. And by introducing a two-match grating effectively overcomes the problem of double value while expands the scope of testing. This paper analyzes the principle of fiber Bragg grating temperature and gives the software and hardware design of the program. Considering the system of demodulation accuracy and processing speed of FPGA，this paper gives the curve fitting algorithm based on Lagrange.
