Draft ITU-T Recommendation and Final Draft International Standard of Joint Video Specification(ITU-T Rec.H.264 | ISO/IEC 14496-10 AVC)
H.264編碼標準,主體部分是中英文對照
The Scalable Video Coding(SVC) draft specification version 8 was released by Joint Video Team(JVT) on Oct,2006. JVT is formed by ISO/IEC MPEG & ITU-T VCEG.
MPEG TS Utils application provides the user with a visual representation of the multiplexed stream structure of MPEG-2 Transport Streams (ISO/IEC 13818-1). The application allows the user to investigate the basic transport stream packets with their fields. The application also allows the user to manipulate with transport streams by filtering specified PIDs and exporting to file, demultiplexing to PES and ES streams, converting multi-program TS to single-program TS.
This document contains a detailed description of the usage and configuration of the JSVM [Joint Scalable Video Model] software for the Scalable Video Coding [SVC] project of the Joint Video Team [JVT] of the ISO/IEC Moving Pictures Experts Group [MPEG] and the ITU-T Video Coding Experts Group [VCEG].
It provides information how to build the software on Windows32 and Linux platforms. It contains a description of the usage and configuration for the binaries built from the software package, including examples for spatial, SNR and combined scalability scenarios.
Guidelines for the integration and validation of new tools in the software are provided.
MPEG-4 標準文檔
access to visual objects in natural and synthetic moving pictures and associated natural or synthetic sound for
various applications such as digital storage media, internet, various forms of wired or wireless communication etc.
The use of ISO/IEC 14496 means that motion video can be manipulated as a form of computer data and can be
stored on various storage media, transmitted and received over existing and future networks and distributed on
existing and future broadcast channels.
H.264/AVC is the current video standardization project of the ITU-T Video Coding
Experts Group (VCEG) and the ISO/IEC Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG). The
main goals of this standardization effort are to develop a simple and straightforward
video coding design, with enhanced compression performance, and to provide a
鈥渘etwork-friendly鈥?video representation which addresses 鈥渃onversational鈥?(video
telephony) and 鈥渘on-conversational鈥?(storage, broadcast or streaming) applications.
Supplemental information for a high-speed serial bus that integrates well with most IEEE standard
32-bit and 64-bit parallel buses is specified. It is intended to extend the usefulness of a low-cost interconnect
between external peripherals, IEEE Std 1394-1995. This standard follows the ISO/IEC 13213:1994 Command
and Status Register (CSR) architecture.
