隨著社會經濟迅速發展，城市用電急劇增加，在諸如電信、銀行、醫院、化工、消防、交通、商場、高層建筑等重要場所不允許停電，若因停電可能會帶來重大經菥損失的場合應采用兩路電源(常用電源、備用電源)供電當一路電源出現異常時，由自動轉換開關電器(ATSE)自動轉換到另一路電源，確保負載用電的可靠性、安全性。國外，在20世紀8O年代末、90年代初，ATSE產品得到了廣泛應用，如法國溯高美公司生產的SIRC／)VER系列自動轉換開關，新加坡IK公司生產的I．KNB—ATS，LKB—ATS，I．kf—ATS系列等產品，并制訂了相應的IE(260947—6一l《低壓開關和控制設備：第6部分自動轉換開關電器》標準，近年來國內一些廠家也相繼推出AESE產品．并在很多重要用電場合得到越來越多的應用上海電器科學研究所負責起草，部分生產廠參與，并征求廣大用戶意見，等同采用IEC609476—6—1的《自動轉換開關電器》國家標準GB14048、×一××××，也已制訂并報批，為規范國內ATSE產品的標準，提高產品質量有了可靠依據。

Rao-Blackwellised Particle Filters (RBPFs) are a class of Particle Filters (PFs) that exploit conditional dependencies between parts of the state to estimate. By doing so, RBPFs can improve the estimation quality while also reducing the overall computational load in comparison to original PFs. However, the computational complexity is still too high for many real-time applications. In this paper, we propose a modified RBPF that requires a single Kalman Filter (kf) iteration per input sample. Comparative experiments show that while good convergence can still be obtained, computational efficiency is always drastically increased, making this algorithm an option to consider for real-time implementations.

Hidden_Markov_model_for_automatic_speech_recognition This code implements in C++ a basic left-right hidden Markov model and corresponding Baum-Welch (ML) training algorithm. It is meant as an example of the HMM algorithms described by L.Rabiner (1) and others. Serious students are directed to the sources listed below for a theoretical description of the algorithm. kf Lee (2) offers an especially good tutorial of how to build a speech recognition system using hidden Markov models.
