CMM是軟件過程能力成熟度模型（Capacity mATurity Model）的簡稱，是卡內基－梅隆大學軟件工程研究院為了滿足美國聯邦政府評估軟件供應商能力的要求，于1986年開始研究的模型，并于1991年正式推出了CMM 1.0 版。CMM自問世以來備受關注，在一些發達國家和地區得到了廣泛應用，成為衡量軟件公司軟件開發管理水平的重要參考因素和軟件過程改進事實上的工業標準。據了解，美國、印度、日本等國家已有數十家公司通過了CMM不同等級的認證。

Library Management System is a typical management information system (MIS), the development includes the background of the establishment and maintenance of database and front-end application development aspects. Database requested data consistency, integrity and the security of the data, and front-end applications require complete functions, such as easy-to-use. After analysis, I chose companies MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC and Access prospects were as database development tools and background. With the provision of the various object-oriented development tools, in particular the data window convenient and simple objects developed intelligent customer satisfaction systems.

In the nineteenth century, scientists, mathematician, engineers and innovators started investigating electromagnetism. The theory that underpins wireless communications was formed by Maxwell. Early demonstrations took place by Hertz, Tesla and others. Marconi demonstrated the first wireless transmission.
