CMM是軟件過程能力成熟度模型（Capacity mATurity Model）的簡(jiǎn)稱，是卡內(nèi)基－梅隆大學(xué)軟件工程研究院為了滿足美國(guó)聯(lián)邦政府評(píng)估軟件供應(yīng)商能力的要求，于1986年開始研究的模型，并于1991年正式推出了CMM 1.0 版。CMM自問世以來備受關(guān)注，在一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用，成為衡量軟件公司軟件開發(fā)管理水平的重要參考因素和軟件過程改進(jìn)事實(shí)上的工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。據(jù)了解，美國(guó)、印度、日本等國(guó)家已有數(shù)十家公司通過了CMM不同等級(jí)的認(rèn)證。

The Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability mATurity Model (CMM) provides a well-known benchmark of software process mATurity. The CMM has become a popular vehicle for assessing the mATurity of an organization’s software process in many domains. This white paper describes how the Rational Unified Process can support an organization that is trying to achieve CMM Level-2, Repeatable, and Level-3, Defined, software process mATurity levels.

As information technology is more and more in-depth and wide range of applications, management information system has been gradually implemented in the technical mATurity. Management Information System is a continuous development of new disciplines. Library Management System is a typical management information system (MIS), the development includes the background of the establishment and maintenance of database and front-end application development aspects. Database requested data consistency, integrity and the security of the data, and front-end applications require complete functions, such as easy-to-use. After analysis, I chose companies MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC and Access prospects were as database development tools and background. With the provision of the various object-oriented development tools, in particular the data window convenient and simple objects developed intelligent customer satisfaction systems.

In the nineteenth century, scientists, mathematician, engineers and innovators started investigating electromagnetism. The theory that underpins wireless communications was formed by Maxwell. Early demonstrations took place by Hertz, Tesla and others. Marconi demonstrated the first wireless transmission.
