隨著半導(dǎo)體技術(shù)和電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,開關(guān)電源的體積越來越小、質(zhì)量越來越輕、效率越來越高、可靠性也越來越優(yōu)良,被廣泛地運用到了生活中的各個方面。DcDC開關(guān)電源是開關(guān)電源中非常常用的一種形式,因此,對DCDC開關(guān)電源的拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)、反饋電路等相關(guān)知識的研究成為了理解開關(guān)電源的重要環(huán)節(jié)。論文分析了推挽式DCDC開關(guān)電源的工作原理、效率和優(yōu)缺點,設(shè)計了一款輸出恒定的推挽式DCDC開關(guān)電源。論文以T公司的高速PwM控制器Uc3825為核心,給出了DCDC開關(guān)電源的結(jié)構(gòu)框圖,詳細設(shè)計了控制器、推挽式驅(qū)動、整流濾波、反饋控制等電路,討論了變壓器、開關(guān)管、整流二極管等選型問題。通過對推挽式DCDC開關(guān)電源樣機的測試,結(jié)果表明,在輸出功率為100W到30W時,論文設(shè)計的樣機的轉(zhuǎn)換效率可以達到85%以上。開關(guān)電源就是通過特定的電路,控制開關(guān)管的導(dǎo)通時間和關(guān)斷時間,以達到輸出恒定的直流電壓的設(shè)備。隨著電子技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,開關(guān)電源涉及到的相關(guān)技術(shù)也越來越成熟,使得開關(guān)電源成為了電子設(shè)備中不可或缺的一種供電方式開關(guān)電源最早源于二十世紀五十年代的美國,當(dāng)時,美國為了設(shè)計特殊需求的軍用電源,提出了小型、輕量的目標(biāo),自此開始,開關(guān)電源由于其比傳統(tǒng)的線性電源擁有的優(yōu)點而廣泛地運用到電子、電氣設(shè)備、計算機電源、通信設(shè)備等領(lǐng)經(jīng)過幾十年的不斷進步,開關(guān)電源在諸多方面都有了非常大的突破。大功率MOSFET和IGBT等功率器件技術(shù)的進步使得開關(guān)電源能向著高頻化、大功率的方向發(fā)展。軟開關(guān)技術(shù)可以降低開關(guān)損耗和開關(guān)噪聲,可以大大提升開關(guān)電源的效率,為高頻開關(guān)電源的實現(xiàn)提供了可能。平面變壓器和平面電感技術(shù)的發(fā)展使開關(guān)電源的效率可以進一步得到提升,體積也可以大大地減小。有源功率因數(shù)校正技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使開關(guān)電源的功率因數(shù)得到了很大地提升,既解決了由電路中的非線性負載產(chǎn)生的諧波失真,又提高了開關(guān)電源的整機效率

隨著光通信的蓬勃發(fā)展,光纖通信技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用于電信、電力、廣播等領(lǐng)域,對整個信息產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生了深遠影響,光纖已成為當(dāng)前最有前景的傳輸媒介。與此同時,光纖測試技術(shù)在光纖生產(chǎn)、現(xiàn)場鋪設(shè)與后期維護等工程領(lǐng)域中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。光時域反射儀(Optical Time Domain Reflectometer),又稱背向散射儀,是一種用于表征光纖鏈路物理特性的精密光學(xué)測試儀器,主要用于測試光纖鏈路長度,精確定位斷點事件,計算光纖損耗,并提供與長度有關(guān)的衰減細節(jié)。光纖鏈路中待測光纖的測量長度范圍和測量精度,取決于OTDR的激光出纖功率和光脈寬。因此,需要設(shè)計合適的激光脈沖驅(qū)動電源及配套的控制和探測系統(tǒng),研究激光出纖功率和脈寬對測量長度和測量精度的影響,從而獲得能滿足不同光纖鏈路測量需求的OTDR系統(tǒng)解決方案。文章在具體描述了光時域反射儀的工作機理以及影響其主要性能的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出以設(shè)計能提供大功率、窄脈沖電流信號的激光驅(qū)動電源作為提高OTDR性能的主要手段。在掌握半導(dǎo)體激光驅(qū)動原理的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過細致地比較與方案論證提出以 MOSFET作為激光脈沖驅(qū)動電源的開關(guān)器件,以能量儲存法作為窄脈沖產(chǎn)生機制的脈沖電源設(shè)計方案,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)基于FPGA的觸發(fā)脈沖信號,并通過 Multisim對系統(tǒng)硬件電路仿真優(yōu)化,實現(xiàn)激光脈沖驅(qū)動大功率、窄脈寬輸出。以雪崩二極管作為光電探測系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵響應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)換器件驗證驅(qū)動電源性能,并完成光纖測距。最終成功研制出一套基于納秒脈沖激光和對應(yīng)光電探測系統(tǒng)的OTDR系統(tǒng),并進行了實際測試測試和研究結(jié)果顯示:所研制的脈沖激光電源能輸出的最小脈寬為33n,最小輸出峰值電流為1A,且峰值電流及頻率大小可調(diào)。大電流窄脈寬驅(qū)動電源信號輸出可極大地增強光時域反射儀的動態(tài)范圍以及分辨率,探測器分時調(diào)控測量技術(shù)可以極大地提高系統(tǒng)的測量精度和信噪比。
