The planarization technology of Chemical-Mechanical-Polishing (CMP), used for the manufacturing of multi-
level metal interconnects for high-density Integrated Circuits (IC), is also readily adaptable as an enabling technology
in MicroElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS) fabrication, particularly polysilicon surface micromachining. CMP not
only eases the design and manufacturability of MEMS devices by eliminating several photolithographic and film
issues generated by severe topography, but also enables far greater flexibility with process complexity and associated

The PW4055 is a complete constant-current /constant-voltage linear charger for single cell lithiumion batteries.Its ThinSOT package and low external component count make the PW4055 ideallysuited for portable applications.Furthermore, the PW4055 is specifically designed to work within USBpower specifications.The PW4055 No external sense resistor is needed, and no blocking diode is required due to theinternal MOSFET architecture.Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the dietemperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixedat 4.2V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The PW4055automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmedvalue after the final float voltage is reached. When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) isremoved, the PW4055 automatically enters a low current state, dropping the battery drain currentto less than 2μA. The PW4055 can be put into shutdown mode, reducing the supply current to 25μA.The BAT pin has a 7KV ESD(HBM) capability. The PW2053 is a high-efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a constantfrequency, current mode architecture. The device is available in an adjustable version. The system includes a display module, a voice module, and a data storage module. The display module cooperates with the voice module through the touch screen circuit and the LED indicator circuit to realize the function of reminding and guiding the medicine;the data storage module can realize the function of not losing the medication information when the power is off through the EEPROM storage circuit.After testing, the medicine box can effectively help chronic diseases patients to take drugs on time, in a quantitative and correct manner,and is suitable for popularization in the family, and has high application value and practical significance.

基于PSIM仿真軟件,分析了Boost電路拓撲結構,設定了參數要求進行電路仿真設計,通過電路仿真軟件PSIM對Boost電路工作在CCM模式下,合理設置占空比參數。實驗結果表明理論分析與仿真的一致性和參數設計的正確性,輸出電壓和電流參數穩定,Boost電路輸出效率高。This design is based on PSIM simulation software,analyzes the topology of Boost circuit,sets the parameter re- quirements for circuit simulation design,and reasonably sets the duty cycle parameters for Boost circuit working in CCM mode through PSIM simulation software.The experimental results show that the theoretical analysis and simulation are consis- tent and the parameter design is correct,the output voltage and current parameters are stable.
