PrintNow is a 32-bit application that runs only under Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0. It allows your PrtScr and Alt+PrtScr keys to print a screen capture directly to your printer instead of just copying the image to the Windows clipboard. PrintNow can also print any DIB image in the clipboard, regardless of its original source. PrintNow supports multiple instances, it can print multiple copies of a screen capture to the same printer with different print settings, to several different printers, or any combination thereof, with a single keystroke.

Older versions of kdb had complete patches for each architecture it supported, each patch included all the common kdb code. This format was awkward to maintain and use for multiple platforms. Starting with kdb v2.0 there is a common patch against each kernel which contains all the architecture independent code plus separate architecture dependent patches. Either use an old style (v1.8 or v1.9) kdb patch or use a new style (v2.0) common patch plus the corresponding architecture dependent patch.

KVM (for Kernel-based Virtual Machine) is a full virtualization solution for Linux on x86 hardware. It consists of a loadable kernel module (kvm.ko) and a userspace component. Using KVM, one can run multiple virtual machines running unmodified Linux or Windows images. Each virtual machine has private virtualized hardware: a network card, disk, graphics adapter, etc. The kernel component of KVM is included in mainline Linux, and will appear in Linux 2.6.20. KVM is open source software.
