Just what is a regular expression, anyway? Take the tutorial to get the long answer. The short answer is that a regular expression is a compact way of describing complex patterns in texts. You can use them to search for patterns and, once found, to modify the patterns in complex ways. You can also use them to launch programmatic actions that depend on patterns. A tongue-in-cheek comment by programmers is worth thinking about: "Sometimes you have a programming problem and it seems like the best solution is to use regular expressions now you have two problems." Regular expressions are amazingly powerful and deeply expressive. That is the very reason writing them is just as error-prone as writing any other complex programming code. It is always better to solve a genuinely simple problem in a simple way when you go beyond simple, think about regular expressions. Tutorial: Using regular expressions

A dissipative particle swarm optimization is developed according to the self-organization of dissipative structure. The negative entropy is introduced to construct an opening dissipative system that is far-from-equilibrium so as to driving the irreversible evolution process with better fitness. The testing of two multimodal functions indicates it improves the performance effectively. structure. 三維矢量有限元-矩量法電磁場分析程序。 EMAP5 is a full-wave electromagnetic field solver that combines the method of moments (MOM) with a vector finite element method (VFEM). It employs the finite element method (FEM) to analyze a dielectric volume, and employs the method of moments (MoM) to solve for currents on the surface of (or external to) this volume. The two methods are coupled through the fields on the dielectric surface.

模式識別學習綜述.該論文的英文參考文獻為303篇.很有可讀價值.Abstract— Classical and recent results in statistical pattern recognition and learning theory are reviewed in a two-class pattern classification setting. This basic model best illustrates intuition and analysis techniques while still containing the essential features and serving as a prototype for many applications. Topics discussed include nearest neighbor, kernel, and histogram methods, Vapnik–Chervonenkis theory, and neural networks. The presentation and the large (thogh nonexhaustive) list of references is geared to provide a useful overview of this field for both specialists and nonspecialists.

The IA-32 Intel Architecture Software Developer’s Manual, Volume 2: Instruction Set Reference (Order Number 245471) is part of a three-volume set that describes the architecture and programming environment of all IA-32 Intel® Architecture processors. the IA-32 Intel Architecture Software Developer’s Manual, Volume 2, describes the instructions set of the processor and the opcode structure. These two volumes are aimed at application programmers who are writing programs to run under existing operating systems or executives.

In this demo, I use the EM algorithm with a Rauch-Tung-Striebel smoother and an M step, which I ve recently derived, to train a two-layer perceptron, so as to classify medical data (kindly provided by Steve Roberts and Will Penny from EE, Imperial College). The data and simulations are described in: Nando de Freitas, Mahesan Niranjan and Andrew Gee Nonlinear State Space Estimation with Neural Networks and the EM algorithm After downloading the file, type "tar -xf EMdemo.tar" to uncompress it. This creates the directory EMdemo containing the required m files. Go to this directory, load matlab5 and type "EMtremor". The figures will then show you the simulation results, including ROC curves, likelihood plots, decision boundaries with error bars, etc. WARNING: Do make sure that you monitor the log-likelihood and check that it is increasing. Due to numerical errors, it might show glitches for some data sets.

北京大學ACM比賽題目 In 1742, Christian Goldbach, a German amateur mathematician, sent a letter to Leonhard Euler in which he made the following conjecture: Every even number greater than 4 can be written as the sum of two odd prime numbers. For example: 8 = 3 + 5. Both 3 and 5 are odd prime numbers. 20 = 3 + 17 = 7 + 13. 42 = 5 + 37 = 11 + 31 = 13 + 29 = 19 + 23. Today it is still unproven whether the conjecture is right. (Oh wait, I have the proof of course, but it is too long to write it on the margin of this page.) Anyway, your task is now to verify Goldbach s conjecture for all even numbers less than a million.
