:介紹了一種基于數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器(DSP)的移相調(diào)頻(phase-Shifted and Frequency-Varied,PSFV)PWM控制 逆變電源,給出了主電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),分析了其控制原理并設(shè)計(jì)了其控制程序流程圖。新穎的PSFV 控制能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)輸出 電壓90%的調(diào)整率,輸出電流波動(dòng)小于單純移相調(diào)功PWM方式,并在輕載時(shí)保持連續(xù)。功率開關(guān)器件零電壓零電流 通斷(Zero-Voltage-Zero-Current Switching,ZVZCS)軟開關(guān)的實(shí)現(xiàn),有利于進(jìn)一步提高開關(guān)頻率和降低開關(guān)損耗。采用 高性能的專用DSP 芯片TMS320F2812 實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)字控制,滿足了系統(tǒng)控制的靈活性和實(shí)時(shí)性,減小了系統(tǒng)的 體積和生產(chǎn)成本。仿真分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了此控制模式的可行性與合理性。

本文提出用級(jí)聯(lián)多電平逆變器取代變壓器多重化結(jié)構(gòu)的STATCOM 拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),用載波相移正弦脈寬調(diào)制技術(shù)(Carrier phase-Shifted SPWM,以下簡稱CPS-SPWM)取代工頻調(diào)制。這種基于CPS-SPWM 級(jí)聯(lián)多電平逆變器的STATCOM 不僅去掉了多重化變壓器,而且用較低的開關(guān)頻率可以獲得較高的等效開關(guān)頻率的輸出效果,簡化了濾波;針對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)強(qiáng)耦合、非線性的特征,本文提出了將自抗擾控制應(yīng)用于STATCOM 裝置的控制策略,此控制策略不但可以大大縮短動(dòng)態(tài)過程,改善系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)性能,而且具有較強(qiáng)的魯棒性。

為解決移相全橋電路驅(qū)動(dòng)及相角控制問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種數(shù)字控制的移相全橋驅(qū)動(dòng)電路.以TPL521為光耦隔離、IR2110為柵極驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片.由DSP產(chǎn)生PWM信號(hào),經(jīng)過光耦隔離和邏輯電路后送至IR2110進(jìn)行相角控制.文章對(duì)IR2110驅(qū)動(dòng)電路原理進(jìn)行分析及參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)TMS320F28335進(jìn)行設(shè)置并給出部分代碼.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:通過TMS320F28335可產(chǎn)生的不同相角的PWM波形,滿足了移相全橋?qū)Σ煌嘟强刂频囊?In order to solve the problem of phase-Shifted full-bridge circuit driving and phase angle control,a digitally controlled phaseshifted full-bridge driving circuit was designed. TPL521 optocoupler isolation,IR2110 gate driver chip. PWM signals are generated by the DSP and sent to the IR2110 for phase angle control after optocoupler isolation and logic circuits. This text carries on the analysis to the principle of IR2110 drive circuit and parameter design,set up and give out some code to TMS320F28335. The experimental results show that the PWM waveforms with different phase angles generated by TMS320F28335 can meet the requirements of phase-Shifted full-bridge control for different phase angles.
