This paper provides incumbent wireless Internet service providers (WISPs), new WISPs and
demanding new markets (such as government and education) with a technical analysis of
alternatives for implementing last-mile wireless broadband services.
Easy to use SMS/MMS Messaging Gateway to develop Content Delivery Platforms by GSM Operators,Content providers and even non-telecom guys. Uses file system for data flow.Written for .NET 2.0 in C#
The extraordinary growth of the World Wide Web has been fueled by the ability it gives authors to easily and cheaply distribute electronic documents to an international audience. As Web documents have become larger and more complex, however, Web content providers have begun to experience the limitations of a medium that does not provide the extensibility, structure, and data checking needed for large-scale commercial publishing. The ability of Java applets to embed powerful data manipulation capabilities in Web clients makes even clearer the limitations of current methods for the transmittal of document data.

Welcome to the ASTA 3 Help Tutorials. These are documented tutorials that included new user jump start, to file sends to server techniques with non-database servers showing how to use providers and ServerMethods. A Current version of these tutorials can always be found on line
JavaServer Pages™ Specification
This document is intended for:
· Web Server and Application Server vendors that want to provide JSP containers that
conform to the Tag Extensions specification.
· Web Authoring Tool vendors that want to generate JSP pages that conform to the Tag
Extensions specification.
· Service providers that want to deliver functionality as tag libraries.
· Sophisticated JSP page authors that want to define new tag libraries for their use, or who
are responsible for creating tag libraries for the use of a group.
· Eager JSP page authors who do not want to or cannot wait for Web Authoring Tools, or
even a User’s Guide.
This document is not a User’s Guide, but it contains some positioning and explanatory
material.
SDP, Service Delivery Platform, is more for telecom operators who want to manage the Data Service better delivered to the end device users by bridging with back-end content providers. Operators rely on the content provider to create & distribute data content to different types of devices. This is different from the open world in the internet communication. Operators must control who can access what content based on his rate plans. Also, based the content access results, the process will be recorded as the transaction records based on which billing statements can be generated to collected the money and shared by operators and content providers. I am working on the conceptual architecture level and the real implementation is very complicated due to too many types of service from different content providers to different types of devices based on the different types of the rate plans.

From the transition of analog to digital communication along with seamless mobility and
high computing power of small handheld devices, the wireless communications industry has
seen tremendous changes leading to the integration of several telecommunication networks,
devices and services over last 30 years. The rate of this progress and growth has increased
particularly in the past decade because people no longer use their devices and networks for
voice only, but demand bundle contents such as data download/streaming, HDTV, HD video ,
3D video conferencing with higher efficiency, seamless connectivity, intelligence, reliability
and better user experience. Although the challenges facing service providers and
telecommunication companies differ by product, region, market size, and their areas of
concentration but time to market, efficient utilization of their assets and revenue expansion,
have impacted significantly how to manage and conduct their business while maintaining
sufficient margin.
