The package includes 3 Matlab-interfaces to the c-code:
1. inference.m
An interface to the full inference package, includes several methods for
approximate inference: Loopy Belief Propagation, Generalized Belief
Propagation, Mean-Field approximation, and 4 monte-carlo sampling methods
(Metropolis, Gibbs, Wolff, Swendsen-Wang).
Use "help inference" from Matlab to see all options for usage.
2. gbp_preprocess.m and gbp.m
These 2 interfaces split Generalized Belief Propagation into the pre-process
stage (gbp_preprocess.m) and the inference stage (gbp.m), so the user may use
only one of them, or changing some parameters in between.
Use "help gbp_preprocess" and "help gbp" from Matlab.
3. simulatedAnnealing.m
An interface to the simulated-annealing c-code. This code uses Metropolis
sampling method, the same one used for inference.
Use "help simulatedAnnealing" from Matlab.
this directory
contains the following:
* The acdc algorithm for finding the
approximate general (non-orthogonal)
joint diagonalizer (in the direct Least Squares sense) of a set of Hermitian matrices.
[acdc.m]
* The acdc algorithm for finding the
same for a set of Symmetric matrices.
[acdc_sym.m](note that for real-valued matrices the Hermitian and Symmetric cases are similar however, in such cases the Hermitian version
[acdc.m], rather than the Symmetric version[acdc_sym] is preferable.
* A function that finds an initial guess
for acdc by applying hard-whitening
followed by Cardoso s orthogonal joint
diagonalizer. Note that acdc may also
be called without an initial guess,
in which case the initial guess is set by default to the identity matrix.
The m-file includes the joint_diag
function (by Cardoso) for performing
the orthogonal part.

This book is for you if
You re no "dummy," and you need to get quickly up to speed in intermediate to advanced C++
You ve had some experience in C++ programming, but reading intermediate and advanced C++ books is slow-going
You ve had an introductory C++ course, but you ve found that you still can t follow your colleagues when they re describing their C++ designs and code
You re an experienced C or Java programmer, but you don t yet have the experience to develop nuanced C++ code and designs
You re a C++ expert, and you re looking for an alternative to answering the same questions from your less-experienced colleagues over and over again
C++ Common Knowledge covers essential but commonly misunderstood topics in C++ programming and design while filtering out needless complexity in the discussion of each topic. What remains is a clear distillation of the essentials required for production C++ programming, presented in the author s trademark incisive, engaging style.
ARP test mode. According to the idea we design the arithmetic for the key part, first the system sends a message to the target machine, and then system wait for the response. Once system receives a message, it starts to analyze the message, according to the message s parameter system judges whether the message satisfies the conditions. Once the message satisfies all the conditions, the system thinks the machine is sniffing, and adds this machine into the list of sniffing machines. On this basis the detection has done well, and at the same time we insert the result into the log database for inquire and analyze later.
內存管理程序,功能與FASTMM相似,PLEASE NOTE: There are two ways to install BigBrain. You may use the
memory manager code natively compiled into your EXE or you can use
an included external DLL which will allow you to share memory across
multiple DLLs with one central place for memory management. Using the DLL
allows your application to share strings, and serves the same purpose
as the ShareMem unit included with Delphi. BigBrainShareMem.dll should
be 100% compatible with the DelphiMM.dll and could even simply be renamed
to DelphiMM.dll to simplify deployment.
The widespread use of embedded systems mandates the development of industrial software design methods, i.e. computer-aided design and engineering of embedded applications using formal models (frameworks) and standardized prefabricated components, much in the same way as in other mature areas of engineering such as mechanical engineering and electronics. These guidelines have been used to develop Component-based Design of Software for Embedded Systems (COMDES). The paper gives an overview of the COMDES framework, followed by a presentation of a generic component types, such as function blocks, activities and function units. The execution of function units is discussed in the context of a newly developed execution model, i.e. timed-multitasking, which has been extended to distributed embedded systems.
Circular Convolution of two equal-length vectors. Highlights that circular convolution in the time domain is the effectively the same as element-by-element multiplication in the frequency domain.
Use the links below to download a source distribution of Ant from one of our mirrors. It is good practice to verify the integrity of the distribution files, especially if you are using one of our mirror sites. In order to do this you must use the signatures from our main distribution directory.
Ant is distributed as zip, tar.gz and tar.bz2 archives - the contents are the same. Please note that the tar.* archives contain file names longer than 100 characters and have been created using GNU tar extensions. Thus they must be untarred with a GNU compatible version of tar.
If you do not see the file you need in the links below, please see the master distribution directory or, preferably, its mirror.

The source code is organized into files by chapter.
Within each chapter file, the listings are stored
in the same order as they appear in the book.

This a simple genetic algorithm implementation where the evaluation function takes positive values only and the fitness of an individual is the same as the value of the objective function
