WINCE4.2/5.0下的NAND FLASH驅動,支持K9S1208小頁面的512bytes/sector的，K9F1G08大頁面的2048bytes/sector,已測試通過，該驅動能檢測出那種芯片，自適應的訪問相應的芯片，在FMD_Init()時會讀取FLASH ID,根據ID來加載相應的訪問接口，做到一份代碼可以運行在64M,128M的NAND FLASH系統上，另我添加了識別K9F2G08/K9F4G08/K9K8G08和訪問，但是因為沒有相應的硬件不能得到驗證，請有相應硬件的人使用這份驅動源碼，告知測試結果，本源碼免費使用，各位可自行修改并添加到自己的系統中，有什么bug,也可以聯系我。 另外，SJF2440支持燒寫1G08/2G08/4G08/8G08我只提供可執行文件，因為我是在三星的源碼基礎上修改來的，我沒有權利發布這個源碼，敬請原諒。
