關于tts語音引擎的使用方法!很多軟件具有英文發(fā)音和朗讀功能，它們都使用了MSTTS（Microsoft Text To Speech）技術。微軟遵照COM的標準，提供了一套Speech API來對MSTTS進行編程。要在程序中使用這套API，必須確保系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)安裝了MSTTS和Spchapi軟件包。 Speech API可以作為類型庫引用到Delphi中，方法是：打開Project選單下的Import Type Litrary，點擊“Add”加入Windows\Speech目錄下的Vtxauto.tlb文件，在Delphi的Import目錄中就會生成VTxtAuto—TLB.pas文件，其中定義了VTxtAuto—TLB單元，把它加到Uses成員中來。設計如圖2所示的窗口，定義全局變量： var VoTxt：IVTxtAuto 然后在Form的OnCreate事件中加入： VoTxt：=CoVTxtAuto_.Create VoTxt.Register(′′,′Speech Test′) {注冊} “Read”按鈕代碼為： VoTxt.Speak(Memo1.Lines.Text,10) {朗讀} “Stop”按鈕代碼為： VoTxt.StopSpeaking {停止朗讀} 至此，應用程序已具有朗讀功能，10表示使用普通語氣。借住VoTxt的屬性和方法，我們還可以控制閱讀速度和語氣，實現(xiàn)暫停、跳句等功能，Speech API編程就這么簡單。
