為了改變目前電網現場作業管理的變電巡檢、變電檢修試驗、輸電線路巡檢檢修等管理系統各自獨立運行，信息不能共享，功能、效率受限，建設和維護成本高的現狀，提出了采用B/S+C/S構架模式，將各現場作業管理模塊和生產MIS（管理系統）集成為一體的現場作業管理系統的設計方案，做到各子系統和生產MIS軟硬資源共享，做到同一數據唯一入口、一處錄入多處使用。各子系統設備人員等基礎信息來源于生產管理系統，各子系統又是生產管理系統的作業數據、缺陷信息的重要來源。經過研究試用成功和推廣應用，目前該系統已在江西電網220 kV及以上變電站全面應用。
Abstract:
In order to improve the status that the substation field inspection system， substation equipments maintenance and testing system， power-line inspection and maintenance system are running independent with each other. They can?蒺t share the resource information which accordingly constrains their functions and efficiency， and their construction and maintenance costs are high. This paper introduces a field standardized work management system based on B/S+C/S mode， integrating all field work management systems based on MIS and share the equipments and employee?蒺s data of MIS，the field work data of the sub systems are the source information of MIS， by which the same single data resouce with one-time input can be utilized in multiple places. After the research and testing， this system is triumphantly using in all 220kV and above substations in Jiangxi grid.
通過比較各種隔離數字通信的特點和應用范圍，指出塑料光纖在隔離數字通信中的優勢。使用已經標準化的TOSLINK接口，有利于節省硬件開發成本和簡化設計難度。給出了塑料光纖的硬件驅動電路，說明設計過程中的注意事項，對光收發模塊的電壓特性和頻率特性進行全面試驗，并給出SPI口使用塑料光纖隔離通信的典型應用電路圖。試驗結果表明，該設計可為電力現場、電力電子及儀器儀表的設計提供參考。
Abstract:
y comparing characteristics and applications area of various isolated digital communications， this article indicates advantages of plastic optical fiber in isolated digital communications. Using the standardized TOSLINK interface， it helps to control costs and difficulty in hardware development and design. Then it gives the hardware driver circuit of plastic optical fiber module， explains the noticed details in design process， gives results on the basis of the optical transceiver module voltage characteristics and frequency characteristics tests. Finally，it gives typical application circuit of the SPI communication port by using plastic optical fiber isolation .The results show that this design can be referenced for the power field， power electronics and instrumentation design.

Abstract—Wireless networks in combination with image
sensors open up a multitude of previously unthinkable sensing
applications. Capable tools and testbeds for these wireless image
sensor networks can greatly accelerate development of complex,
yet efficient algorithms that meet application requirements. In this
paper, we introduce WiSNAP, a Matlab-based application
development platform intended for wireless image sensor
networks. It allows researchers and developers of such networks
to investigate, design, and evaluate algorithms and applications
using real target hardware. WiSNAP offers standardized and
easy-to-use Application Program Interfaces (APIs) to control
image sensors and wireless motes, which do not require detailed
knowledge of the target hardware. Nonetheless, its open system
architecture enables support of virtually any kind of sensor or
wireless mote. Application examples are presented to illustrate the
usage of WiSNAP as a powerful development tool.

The widespread use of embedded systems mandates the development of industrial software design methods, i.e. computer-aided design and engineering of embedded applications using formal models (frameworks) and standardized prefabricated components, much in the same way as in other mature areas of engineering such as mechanical engineering and electronics. These guidelines have been used to develop Component-based Design of Software for Embedded Systems (COMDES). The paper gives an overview of the COMDES framework, followed by a presentation of a generic component types, such as function blocks, activities and function units. The execution of function units is discussed in the context of a newly developed execution model, i.e. timed-multitasking, which has been extended to distributed embedded systems.
