    滿足自動(dòng)控制、電子測(cè)量等領(lǐng)域數(shù)據(jù)采集的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于 ADS1256 模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器和 STM32 單片機(jī)的數(shù)據(jù)采集卡。該數(shù)據(jù)采集裝置有 8 個(gè) 24 位通道,可以配置為單端 8 通道模式和雙端 4 組模式,直接測(cè)量電壓范圍為0~5 V,具備串口通信接口和 CAN 總線接口。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該數(shù)據(jù)采集卡的電壓測(cè)量相對(duì)誤差小于 0.5%。
