  • LS7266R1在電子式萬能材料試驗機中的應用

    針對材料試驗機等設備中要求測量或控制材料拉伸或壓縮的位移,一般采用光電軸角編碼器檢測位置信號,輸出正交編碼脈沖信號。若采用其他方法檢測位置信號,必然導致電路設計復雜,可靠性降低。因此,提出一種基于LS7266R1的電子式萬能材料試驗機設計方案。給出了試驗機中的控制器工作原理,LS7266R1與單片機的接口硬件設計,以及主程序軟件流程圖。巧妙地把力量傳感器,位移傳感器等機械運動狀態的壓力或拉力以及位置坐標,變成了電壓信號和電脈沖數字信號,供A/D測量和LS7266R1計數,從而實現了獨立完成材料試驗控制或通過PC機串口命令完成材料試驗控制。 Abstract:  Aiming at the requirement that the displacement of the tension and compression always be tested and controlled in the equipement such as material testing machine. The position signal was tested by photoelectric axial angle coder. Therefore, the paper proposes the design of electronic universal testing machine design based on LS7266R1. If the position signal detected by other methods, will inevitably lead to the circuit design complexity, reliability decreased. The work theory of the controller, the hardware interface design between LS7266R1 and single chip, and the flow chart of main program, are presented in this paper. The signal of the compression or tension power and displacement at working, which tested by power sensor and displacement sensor especially, is changed into electric voltage and electric pulse numerical signals. And these signals can be tested by A/D and counted by LS7266R1. Finally the test of the material properties can be controlled by itself, or controlled by the COM command of PC.

  • 基于AVR單片機的船舶氣象儀測試系統的設計

       針對船舶氣象儀保障維修而設計的船舶氣象儀測試系統,包括信息處理終端、主儀器檢測模塊、傳感器檢測模塊,各個模塊都采用基于AVR單片機的嵌入式系統,模塊之間通過CAN總線進行通信。結果表明,船舶氣象儀測試系統能夠快速檢測船舶氣象儀故障,與單純依靠人工方式排查故障相比,故障檢測時間縮短了60%以上。 Abstract:  The test system of ship meteorological instrument was developed to satisfy the maintenance of ship meteorological instruments,which composed of information processing terminal, testing module of main instrument and testing module of sensors. Each of these modules included an embedded system based on microcontroller of AVR series and communicated with other module by CAN bus. The results show that the test system can judge the fault of ship meteorological instrument quickly and shorten the fault detection time as much as 60% compared with simple manual troubleshooting.

    針對當前安檢力學試驗機所能完成的試驗種類單一、自動化程度低等問題,提出一種以ATmega128單片機為核心控制器的安檢力學試驗機的設計。詳細闡述了該安檢力學試驗機各個組成部分的設計原理和方案,并且給出了各部分的軟件設計思想和操作流程。經過大量測試試驗表明:設計的安檢力學試驗機可以完成多達十余種的力學安檢試驗,完全符合相關國家標準,并且具有數據采集精度高、傳輸速度快、操作安全簡便等特點,實現了安檢設備的多功能化、數字化和自動化。 Abstract:  Currently, many mechanical security testing machines have only one function. The degree of automation of them is low. To solve those problems, a new kind of mechanical security testing machine, using ATmega128 micro-controller as its core controller, has been advanced. It describes the components of the machine. The principles and the scheme in the designing processes are presented in detail, and the software architecture and the operation processes of each part are given. After having done many testing, we have reached the following conclusions: the mechanical security testing machine presented can do over ten mechanical security tests complying with related national standards. It has high data acquisition accuracy and high transmission speed. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. In general, this machine is a multi-functional, highly automatic, digitalized security testing device.

    在綜合分析諧波勵磁無刷同步發電機勵磁控制系統的基礎上,對其勵磁控制策略進行了研究,開發了一套基于DSP( TMS320F2812) 控制的新型柴油發電機勵磁控制系統,該系統采用參數自適應模糊PID 控制勵磁,選用交流采樣方式實時檢測各信號的瞬時特性,系統仿真結果以及在1 臺25 kW 工頻柴油發電機上的試驗結果證明了該控制器具有較好的電壓調節特性,系統穩態和暫態性能完全滿足發電機對勵磁系統的要求。關鍵詞:勵磁調節;模糊PID 控制;數字信號處理器;交流采樣 Abstract :According to the general analysis of the excitation cont rol system of the harmonious wave excitation brushless synchronous generator and it s characteristics ,a new type of diesel generator excitation cont rol system based on DSP( TMS320F2812) was designed. An adaptive fuzzy PID cont rol of excitation is used in this system. To detect the t ransient characteristics of the signals in a timely manner ,AC sampling was applied.The system simulation result s and the testing result s f rom a 25 kW diesel generator (50 Hz) can prove that the voltage regulation characteristics of the excitation cont rol system are very well ,and both the steadyOstate performance and the t ransient performance of the generator are also good.Key words :excitation cont rol ;fuzzy PID cont rol ;digital signal processor (DSP) ;AC sampling

  • 基于DSP的ATV-ATT中控系統設計

    設計一種應用于某全地形ATV車載武器裝置中的中控系統,該系統設計是以TMS320F2812型DSP為核心,采用模塊化設計思想,對其硬件部分進行系統設計,能夠完成對武器裝置高低、回轉方向的運動控制,實現靜止或行進狀態中對目標物的測距,自動瞄準以及按既定發射模式發射彈丸和各項安全性能檢測等功能。通過編制相應的軟件,對其進行系統調試,驗證了該設計運行穩定。 Abstract:  A central control system applied to an ATV vehicle weapons is designed. The system design is based on TMS320F2812 DSP as the core, uses modular design for its hardware parts. The central control system can complete the motion control of the level of weapons and equipment, rotation direction, to achieve a state of static or moving objects on the target ranging, auto-targeting and according to the established target and the projectile and the launch of the security performance testing and other functions. Through the development of appropriate software and to carry out system testing to verify the stability of this design and operation.

  • 基于FPGA的光纖光柵解調系統的研究

     波長信號的解調是實現光纖光柵傳感網絡的關鍵,基于現有的光纖光柵傳感器解調方法,提出一種基于FPGA的雙匹配光纖光柵解調方法,此系統是一種高速率、高精度、低成本的解調系統,并且通過引入雙匹配光柵有效地克服了雙值問題同時擴大了檢測范圍。分析了光纖光柵的測溫原理并給出了該方案軟硬件設計,綜合考慮系統的解調精度和FPGA的處理速度給出了基于拉格朗日的曲線擬合算法。 Abstract:  Sensor is one of the most important application of the fiber grating. Wavelength signal demodulating is the key techniques to carry out fiber grating sensing network, based on several existing methods of fiber grating sensor demodulation inadequate, a two-match fiber grating demodulation method was presented. This system is a high-speed, high precision, low-cost demodulation system. And by introducing a two-match grating effectively overcomes the problem of double value while expands the scope of testing. This paper analyzes the principle of fiber Bragg grating temperature and gives the software and hardware design of the program. Considering the system of demodulation accuracy and processing speed of FPGA,this paper gives the curve fitting algorithm based on Lagrange.
