  • 基于AVR單片機(jī)的閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)

      針對科研實(shí)驗(yàn)中對拉壓千斤頂加載過程控制的需要,采用ATmega128單片機(jī)控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)對執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的電動泵站實(shí)行自動控制。對力和位移的數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理及用步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制電動泵站手柄的技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)作了重點(diǎn)描述。通過單片機(jī)的A/D變換器對AMP放大模塊采集的電橋信號作量化處理,千斤頂?shù)牟倏厥直恢靡离妱佑捅瞄y門開啟的方向和大小作若干定位,單片機(jī)根據(jù)力或位移傳感器信號,實(shí)時控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動手柄旋轉(zhuǎn)到相應(yīng)操控位置。   Abstract:   This article describes the use of ATmega128 AVR microcontroller series of DBS electric pumping stations and QF100/200 separate twoway hydraulic jack to automate the process of manipulating the work of the technical content. Articles on force and displacement data acquisition and processing, and stepper motor control electric pump with the handle of the key technical details were described. Through the MCU’s A / D converter module is collected on the AMP amplification quantify the signal bridge, jack handle position control valve opening according to the direction of electric pumps for a number of positioning and size of the microcontroller based on force or displacement sensor signals, real-time control stepper motor drive control handle rotate to the appropriate location.

  • 基于瑞薩電子微控制器的溫度控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

      為了提高傳統(tǒng)溫度控制系統(tǒng)的性能,將PID控制理論與嵌入式系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,采用瑞薩電子公司的H8S/2166作為核心處理器,AD公司的AD7705以及熱敏電阻溫度傳感器作為溫度檢測單元,利用4×6小鍵盤、LCD顯示器和S1D13305液晶控制器達(dá)到良好的人機(jī)交互,設(shè)計出了一個應(yīng)用于化工領(lǐng)域的嵌入式實(shí)時溫度控制系統(tǒng)。相比于傳統(tǒng)溫度控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)提供了更強(qiáng)的計算能力和可擴(kuò)展能力,采用增量PID控制算法實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜控制。通過實(shí)驗(yàn),該系統(tǒng)能達(dá)到0.1 ℃的溫度控制精度以及小于120 s的溫度穩(wěn)定時間。   Abstract:   In order to improve the performance of conventional temperature control system, combining PID control theory with embedded systems, using the Renesas Electronics Corp. H8S/2166 micro-controller as a core processors, AD7705 and thermistor temperature sensor as a temperature detection unit and 4×6 small keyboard, LCD and S1D13305 LCD controller as a good human-computer interaction, this paper designed an embedded real-time temperature control system which is applied in chemical industry. Compared with conventional temperature control system, this system provides more computing power and extensibility, and adopts PID control algorithm for complex control. Through the experiment, the system can reach temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃ and temperature stabilization time of less than 120 seconds.

  • 基于單片機(jī)的數(shù)字化B超鍵盤設(shè)計

    針對目前使用的RS232接口數(shù)字化B超鍵盤存在PC主機(jī)啟動時不能設(shè)置BIOS,提出一種PS2鍵盤的設(shè)計方法。基于W78E052D單片機(jī),采用8通道串行A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器設(shè)計了8個TGC電位器信息采集電路,電位器位置信息以鍵盤掃描碼序列形式發(fā)送,正交編碼器信號通過XC9536XL轉(zhuǎn)換為單片機(jī)可接收的中斷信號,軟件接收到中斷信息后等效處理成按鍵。結(jié)果表明,在滿足開機(jī)可設(shè)置BIOS同時,又可實(shí)現(xiàn)超聲特有功能,不需要專門設(shè)計驅(qū)動程序,接口簡單,成本低。 Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of the digital ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system keyboard with RS232 interface currently used couldn?蒺t set the BIOS when the PC boot, this paper proposed a design method of PS2 keyboards. Based on W78E052D microcontroller,designed eight TGC potentiometers information acquisition circuit with 8-channel serial A/D converter, potentiometer position information sent out with keyboard scan code sequentially.The control circuit based on XC9536 CPLD is used for converting the mechanical actions of the encoders into the signals that can be identified by the MCU, software received interrupt information and equivalently treatmented as key. The results show that the BIOS can be set to meet the boot, ultrasound specific functionality can be achieved at the same time, it does not require specially designed driver,the interface is simple and low cost.

     為了有效地提升鉛酸蓄電池的使用壽命,同時實(shí)現(xiàn)對充電過程的監(jiān)控,設(shè)計出一種用單片機(jī)控制的36 V鉛酸蓄電池充電電源。本電路采用反激式拓?fù)洌B續(xù)電流工作模式,電源管理IC設(shè)計在電源的副邊,由ELAN公司的EM78P258N單片機(jī)模擬,是用可編程器件模擬電源管理IC,實(shí)現(xiàn)智能電源低成本化的一次成功嘗試,通過對單片機(jī)的軟件設(shè)計實(shí)現(xiàn)了充電電源的狀態(tài)顯示、充電時間控制、報警、過溫保護(hù)、過壓保護(hù)、過流保護(hù)等功能。本充電器真正的實(shí)現(xiàn)了鉛酸蓄電池的三段式充電過程,其最高輸出功率可達(dá)90 W,效率約85%,成本不到20元,具有很高的市場競爭力。 Abstract:  In order to extend the life of lead-acid battery efficiently and supervise the charging process meanwhile, a 36V lead-acid battery charge powe supply controlled by microcontroller is designed. The charger is flyback switching power supply and works in CCM mode. A EM78P258N microcontroller made by ELAN microelectronics corporation is used as power management IC which is designed at the secondary circuit. The project is a successful attempt to low-cost intelligent power used microcontroller simulating power management IC. The charger also has the functions of the status reveal, charge time control, alarming, thermal protect, current limit and overvoltage protect by the software design. The circuit actually implements the three-step charge process, whose power is up to 90W and whose efficiency can get 85%. The net cost of this charger is less than 20 RMB, so that the charger is of powerful market competitiveness.

    單片機(jī)作為一種微型計算機(jī),其內(nèi)部具有一定的存儲單元(8031除外),但由于其內(nèi)部存儲單元及端口有限,很多情況下難以滿足實(shí)際需求。為此介紹一種新的擴(kuò)展方法,將數(shù)據(jù)線與地址線合并使用,通過軟件控制的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)線與地址線功能的分時轉(zhuǎn)換,數(shù)據(jù)線不僅用于傳送數(shù)據(jù)信號,還可作為地址線、控制線,用于傳送地址信號和控制信號,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)單片機(jī)與存儲器件的有效連接。以單片機(jī)片外256KB數(shù)據(jù)存儲空間的擴(kuò)展為例,通過該擴(kuò)展方法,僅用10個I/O端口便可實(shí)現(xiàn),與傳統(tǒng)的擴(kuò)展方法相比,可節(jié)約8個I/O端口。 Abstract:  As a micro-computer,the SCM internal memory has a certain units(except8031),but because of its internal storage units and the ports are limited,in many cases it can not meet the actual demand.So we introduced a new extension method,the data line and address lines combined through software-controlled approach to realize the time-conversion functions of data lines and address lines,so the data lines not only transmited data signals,but also served as address lines and control lines to transmit address signals and control signals,in order to achieve an effective connection of microcontroller and memory chips.Take microcontroller chip with256KB of data storage space expansion as example,through this extension method,with only10I/O ports it was achieved,compared with the traditional extension methods,this method saves8I/O ports.

    介紹一種基于C8051單片機(jī)的動態(tài)心電監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由兩部分組成:以C8051F320單片機(jī)為核心的數(shù)據(jù)采集裝置和以PC機(jī)為平臺的分析處理系統(tǒng)。硬件電路功耗低,由單片機(jī)自帶的USB接口將數(shù)據(jù)傳送給PC機(jī)。軟件平臺采用LabVIEW可視化虛擬儀器系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺,將傳統(tǒng)儀器的功能模塊集成到計算機(jī)中,用戶可通過修改虛擬儀器的程序改變其功能。采用USB接口實(shí)時傳輸心電數(shù)據(jù),并將數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊設(shè)計為計算機(jī)外設(shè),使該系統(tǒng)高速快捷、小巧便攜。 Abstract:  In this design,a low-cost ECG electrocardiogram monitoring system is introduced,which consists of two parts:data acquisition device based on C8051F320and PC terminal as the analysis and processing system.The system is low-power consumption,the data is transmitted to the PC terminal by USB interface of the C8051F320.By using the visible virtual instrument system developing platform LabVIEW,the traditional instruments function modules are integrated into the computer,so the user can modify virtual instrument software to change its function to meet their needs.Using USB in-terface to realize real-time ECG data transmission,in addition,ECG data acquisition module is designed as the computer peripheral,which makes the syetem high-speed and portable.

  • 基于C8051F310的山路轉(zhuǎn)彎預(yù)防警示系統(tǒng)

    針對盤山路存在的轉(zhuǎn)彎盲區(qū),即在轉(zhuǎn)彎時司機(jī)無法得知彎路對面是否有車輛通過,設(shè)計一種基于C8051F310的山路轉(zhuǎn)彎預(yù)防警示系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用一階濾波算法檢測山路轉(zhuǎn)彎時是否有車輛通過。運(yùn)用該算法可增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)檢測的實(shí)時性,提高檢測機(jī)動車輛的靈敏度,同時大大減少環(huán)境溫度對檢測的干擾。試驗(yàn)表明該系統(tǒng)能夠正確指示出在山路轉(zhuǎn)彎時是否有車輛通過,目前該系統(tǒng)已安裝在盤山路上,可大大減少事故的發(fā)生率。 Abstract:  Aiming at passing hilly road,there is a turn blind spot.Motormen usually do not know if the passing of vehicles pass the road.So a system of defending accident on hilly road is designed,which is based on MCU C8051F310.The sys-tem uses the first-order filter algorithm to detect whether there are passing vehicles.This algorithm enhances the real-time detection and improves the sensitivity of detection vehicles.Meanwhile,it reduces the detection interference of environmen-tal temperature.The experimental results show that this system can exactly indicate if there are passing vehicles.At present,the system has been successfully applied to hilly road.The system can greatly decrease accident.
