    針對(duì)目前使用的RS232接口數(shù)字化B超鍵盤存在PC主機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)不能設(shè)置BIOS,提出一種PS2鍵盤的設(shè)計(jì)方法。基于W78E052D單片機(jī),采用8通道串行A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器設(shè)計(jì)了8個(gè)TGC電位器信息采集電路,電位器位置信息以鍵盤掃描碼序列形式發(fā)送,正交編碼器信號(hào)通過XC9536XL轉(zhuǎn)換為單片機(jī)可接收的中斷信號(hào),軟件接收到中斷信息后等效處理成按鍵。結(jié)果表明,在滿足開機(jī)可設(shè)置BIOS同時(shí),又可實(shí)現(xiàn)超聲特有功能,不需要專門設(shè)計(jì)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序,接口簡(jiǎn)單,成本低。 Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of the digital ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system keyboard with RS232 interface currently used couldn?蒺t set the BIOS when the PC boot, this paper proposed a design method of PS2 keyboards. Based on W78E052D microcontroller,designed eight TGC potentiometers information acquisition circuit with 8-channel serial A/D converter, potentiometer position information sent out with keyboard scan code sequentially.The control circuit based on XC9536 CPLD is used for converting the mechanical actions of the encoders into the signals that can be identified by the MCU, software received interrupt information and equivalently treatmented as key. The results show that the BIOS can be set to meet the boot, ultrasound specific functionality can be achieved at the same time, it does not require specially designed driver,the interface is simple and low cost.

    Sensing and planning are at the core of robot motion. Traditionally, mobile robots have been used for performing various tasks with a general-purpose processor on-board. This book grew out of our research enquiry into alternate architectures for sensor-based robot motion. It describes our research starting early 2002 with the objectives of obtaining a time, space and energy-efficient solution for processing sensor data for various robotic tasks. New algorithms and architectures have been developed for exploration and other aspects of robot motion. The research has also resulted in design and fabrication of an FPGA-based mobile robot equipped with ultrasonic sensors. Numerous experiments with the FPGA-based mobile robot have also been performed and they confirm the efficacy of the alternate architecture.

  • 基于數(shù)字信號(hào)處理的超聲手術(shù)刀電源控制電路設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

    目的:自主研制一款超聲手術(shù)刀電源控制系統(tǒng),以減少能量的消耗,維持手術(shù)刀的正常溫度。方法:對(duì)超聲換能器在諧振附近的等效電路建立模型,并設(shè)計(jì)基于數(shù)字信號(hào)處理(DSP)的超聲手術(shù)刀的硬件控制系統(tǒng)。結(jié)果:經(jīng)對(duì)電源控制系統(tǒng)的電路和工作性能測(cè)試,生成的電流和電壓的有效值等參數(shù),能夠及時(shí)調(diào)整電源的頻率,并達(dá)到預(yù)期的功能指標(biāo),使超聲手術(shù)刀工作在諧振狀態(tài)。結(jié)論:以DSP為核心設(shè)計(jì)的超聲手術(shù)刀電源控制系統(tǒng),測(cè)試指標(biāo)均能夠達(dá)到預(yù)期的要求,能夠使系統(tǒng)在諧振狀態(tài)下工作。Objective: To independently develop a power control system of ultrasonic scalpel so as to reduce the energy consumption and maintain the normal temperature of ultrasonic scalpel. Methods: In this paper, the model of equivalent circuit of ultrasonic transducer nearby syntony was built up, and the hardware control system of ultrasonic scalpel based on digital signal processing(DSP) was designed. Results: Through testing the circuit and work performance of power control system, the series of parameters such as effective value and so on which were produced by this system could adjust frequency of power source in time and attain anticipative functional indicator, and it took the ultrasonic scalpel to work in syntonic situation. Conclusion: The tested indicators of power control system of ultrasonic scalpel based on the kernel design of DSP can attain anticipative requirement, and can take this system to work in syntonic situation.

    1-1前言一般人所能夠感受到聲音的頻率約介於5H2-20KHz,超音波(ultrasonic wave)即爲(wèi)頻率超過20KHz以上的音波或機(jī)械振動(dòng),因此超音波馬達(dá)就是利用超音波的彈性振動(dòng)頻率所構(gòu)成的制動(dòng)力。超音波馬達(dá)的內(nèi)部主要是以壓電陶瓷材料作爲(wèi)激發(fā)源,其成份是由鉛(Pb)、結(jié)(Zr)及鈦(Ti)的氧化物皓鈦酸鉛(Lead zirconate titanate,PZT)製成的。將歷電材料上下方各黏接彈性體,如銅或不銹鋼,並施以交流電壓於壓電陶瓷材料作爲(wèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)源,以激振彈性體,稱此結(jié)構(gòu)爲(wèi)定子(Stator),將其用彈簧與轉(zhuǎn)子Rotor)接觸,將所産生摩擦力來驅(qū)使轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),由於壓電材料的驅(qū)動(dòng)能量很大,並足以抗衡轉(zhuǎn)子與定子間的正向力,雖然伸縮振幅大小僅有數(shù)徵米(um)的程度,但因每秒之伸縮達(dá)數(shù)十萬次,所以相較於同型的電磁式馬達(dá)的驅(qū)動(dòng)能量要大的許多。超音波馬達(dá)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)爲(wèi):1,轉(zhuǎn)子慣性小、響應(yīng)時(shí)間短、速度範(fàn)圍大。2,低轉(zhuǎn)速可產(chǎn)生高轉(zhuǎn)矩及高轉(zhuǎn)換效率。3,不受磁場(chǎng)作用的影響。4,構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單,體積大小可控制。5,不須經(jīng)過齒輸作減速機(jī)構(gòu),故較爲(wèi)安靜。實(shí)際應(yīng)用上,超音波馬達(dá)具有不同於傳統(tǒng)電磁式馬達(dá)的特性,因此在不適合應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)馬達(dá)的場(chǎng)合,例如:間歇性運(yùn)動(dòng)的裝置、空間或形狀受到限制的場(chǎng)所;另外包括一些高磁場(chǎng)的場(chǎng)合,如核磁共振裝置、斷層掃描儀器等。所以未來在自動(dòng)化設(shè)備、視聽音響、照相機(jī)及光學(xué)儀器等皆可應(yīng)用超音波馬達(dá)來取代。
