    為了改變目前電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)場作業(yè)管理的變電巡檢、變電檢修試驗、輸電線路巡檢檢修等管理系統(tǒng)各自獨立運行,信息不能共享,功能、效率受限,建設(shè)和維護成本高的現(xiàn)狀,提出了采用B/S+C/S構(gòu)架模式,將各現(xiàn)場作業(yè)管理模塊和生產(chǎn)MIS(管理系統(tǒng))集成為一體的現(xiàn)場作業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案,做到各子系統(tǒng)和生產(chǎn)MIS軟硬資源共享,做到同一數(shù)據(jù)唯一入口、一處錄入多處使用。各子系統(tǒng)設(shè)備人員等基礎(chǔ)信息來源于生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),各子系統(tǒng)又是生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的作業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)、缺陷信息的重要來源。經(jīng)過研究試用成功和推廣應(yīng)用,目前該系統(tǒng)已在江西電網(wǎng)220 kV及以上變電站全面應(yīng)用。 Abstract:  In order to improve the status that the substation field inspection system, substation equipments maintenance and testing system, power-line inspection and maintenance system are running independent with each other. They can?蒺t share the resource information which accordingly constrains their functions and efficiency, and their construction and maintenance costs are high. This paper introduces a field standardized work management system based on B/S+C/S mode, integrating all field work management systems based on MIS and share the equipments and employee?蒺s data of MIS,the field work data of the sub systems are the source information of MIS, by which the same single data resouce with one-time input can be utilized in multiple places. After the research and testing, this system is triumphantly using in all 220kV and above substations in Jiangxi grid.

    針對眾多低成本數(shù)據(jù)采集需求,采用帶有片上USB控制器和D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器的混合信號微處理器C8051F340,設(shè)計了一款可通過USB接口和LabVIEW圖形用戶界面實現(xiàn)與PC機聯(lián)機的數(shù)據(jù)采集器,同時借助系統(tǒng)的SD卡存儲獨立實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場長時間采集數(shù)據(jù)。該數(shù)據(jù)采集器成本低,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,體積小,已成功用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場。 Abstract:  Aiming at the need of low cost data acquisition, a data acquisition device is designed based on C8051F340 which is a mixed-signal microcontroller and integrates USB controller and A/D controller on a chip.The data acquisition device which can combine with PC by USB interface and LabVIEW graphical user interface,can realize data acquisition. At the same time,it can be solely run a long time in virtue of SD card in field.The date aequisition device features low cost,simple structure and little sharp, and it has been used in industry field.

  • 基于C8051F930的管道溫度壓力遠程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)

       為解決輸油管道溫度壓力參數(shù)實時監(jiān)測的問題,設(shè)計了以C8051F930單片機作為控制核心的超低功耗輸油管道溫度壓力遠程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。現(xiàn)場儀表使用高精度電橋采集數(shù)據(jù),通過433 MHz短距離無線通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)與遠程終端RTU進行通信,RTU通過GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)與PC上位機進行遠程數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,在上位機中實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)存儲和圖形化界面顯示,從而實現(xiàn)輸油管道溫度壓力參數(shù)的實時監(jiān)測和異常報警。經(jīng)實驗證明,該系統(tǒng)的12位數(shù)據(jù)采集精度滿足設(shè)計要求,漏碼率小于1%,正常工作時間超過5個月,能實時有效地監(jiān)測輸油管道的溫度壓力參數(shù),節(jié)省大量人工成本,有效預(yù)防管道參數(shù)異常造成的經(jīng)濟損失和環(huán)境污染。 Abstract:  In order to solve the problems on real-time monitoring of pipeline temperature and pressure parameters, the ultra-low power remote pipeline temperature and pressure monitoring system was designed by using the single chip processor C8051F930 as the control core. The high-precision electric bridge was used in field instruments for data collection, the 433MHz short-range wireless communication network was used to make communication between field instrument and RTU, the GPRS was used by the RTU to transmit data to the PC host computer, and the data was stored and displayed in the PC host computer, so the real-time monitoring and exception alerts of pipeline temperature and pressure parameters were achieved. The experiment proves that the system of which error rate is less than 1% over five months working with the 12-bit data acquisition accuracy can effectively monitor the pipeline temperature and pressure parameters in real time, it saves a lot of labor costs and effectively prevents environmental pollution and economic losses caused by abnormal channel parameters.

  • 開放式匯編器系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計

    匯編器在微處理器的驗證和應(yīng)用中舉足輕重,如何設(shè)計通用的匯編器一直是研究的熱點之一。本文提出了一種開放式的匯編器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計思想,在匯編語言與機器語言間插入中間代碼CMDL(code mapping description language)語言,打破匯編語言與機器語言的直接映射關(guān)系,由此建立起一套描述匯編語言與機器語言的開放式映射體系。基于此開放式映射體系開發(fā)了一套匯編器系統(tǒng),具有較高層次上的通用性和可移植性。【關(guān)鍵詞】指令集,CMDL,匯編器,開放式 Design of Retargetable Assembler System Liu Ling Feng Wen Nan Wang Ying Chun Jiang An Ping Ji Li Jiu IME of Peking University, 100871【摘要】An assembler plays a very important role in the field of microprocessor verifications and applications, thus how to build a retargetable assembler system has been a hotspot in this field for long time. This paper presents a new method about the retargetable assembler system design.It provides a kind of language CMDL, code mapping description language. During the process of assembling, assembler languages are firstly translated to CMDL, and then mapped to the machine codes. In an other word, CMDL is inserted between assembler languages and machine codes during the translation procedure. As a medium code, CMDL has a lot of features, such as high extraction, strong descript capabilities. It can describe almost all attributes of assembler languages. By breaking the direct mapping relationship between assembler languages and machine codes, the complexities of machine codes are hided to the users, therefore, the new retargetable assembler system has higher retargetable level by converting the mapping from assembler languages and machine codes to assembler languages and CMDL, and implementationof it becomes easier. Based on the new mapping system structure, a retargetable assemblersystem is developed. This paper int roduces a data acquisition system of measuring 40 point s temperature for air condition room based on single wire digital sensor DS18B20 and microcont roller AT89C51 which are composed of rectangle measuring meshwork. The data communication between LabVIEW and microcont roller is executed via serial port ,and the temperature field data of air condition room are processed analyzed and displayed on LabVIEW.
