針對北方在集中供暖時存在熱能分配失調(diào),用戶冷熱不均,房間熱時靠開窗造成的能源浪費問題。本系統(tǒng)采用STC15W4K60S4單片機為控制核心,從硬件和軟件兩方面介紹了該智能供暖控制器的設計思想,對控制器的硬件原理圖和軟件流程圖進行了系統(tǒng)的論述。系統(tǒng)通過溫度設定值、房間實時溫度值等參數(shù)進行PID運算,由循環(huán)泵和步進閥控制管網(wǎng)熱水流量、流速而實現(xiàn)了房間溫度的自動測量、自動控制,達到提高房間供暖舒適性、節(jié)約能源的目的。

For in the north of the central heating,there is a thermal distribution imbalance,the user is unevenly heated,the room is heated by the window caused by the energy waste problem.The system adopts STC15W4K60S4 single chip microcomputer as the control core,the design idea of the intelligent heating controller is introduced from both hardware and software,the hardware schematic diagram and software flow chart of the controller are discussed systematically.The system adopts parameters such as temperature setting value and real-time temperature value of the room to perform PID operation,the automatic measurement and automatic control of the temperature of the room are realized by circulating pump and stepping valve to control the hot water flow and flow rate,so as to improve the comfort of room heating and save energy.
