摘 要: 在紡織紗線的張力測(cè)試中,為了對(duì)小張力進(jìn)行有效的測(cè)試, 利用電阻應(yīng)變傳感器作為信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換器件, 通 過(guò)對(duì)其輸出信號(hào)進(jìn)行分析, 設(shè)計(jì)出相應(yīng)的小信號(hào)放大濾波電路。設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用了高精度斬波穩(wěn)零運(yùn)算放大器芯片 TLC2652作為小信號(hào)放大電路的核心器件,實(shí)驗(yàn)證明其放大效果理想,并給出了相應(yīng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。

數(shù)字控制的交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)所選用的微處理器、功率器件及產(chǎn)生PWM波的方法是影響交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)性能好壞的直接因素。在介紹了正弦脈寬調(diào)制(SPWM)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)了一種以8098單片機(jī)作為控制器，以智能功率模塊IPM為開(kāi)關(guān)器件的變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)軟件編程，產(chǎn)生正弦脈沖寬度調(diào)制波形來(lái)控制絕緣柵雙極晶體管的導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷，從而達(dá)到控制異步電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的目的。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，該系統(tǒng)可調(diào)頻率調(diào)電壓，穩(wěn)定度高，調(diào)速范圍寬，具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值 Abstract: AC variable speed with digital control systems used microprocessors， power devices and generate PWM wave is the direct factors of affecting the performance AC speed regulation system. On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology，this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller， intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming， resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off， so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage， high stability， wide speed range， has a strong practical value.

為了使音頻信號(hào)分析儀小巧可靠，成本低廉，設(shè)計(jì)了以2片MSP430F1611單片機(jī)為核心的系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)將音頻信號(hào)送入八階巴特沃茲低通濾波器，對(duì)信號(hào)進(jìn)行限幅放大、衰減、電平位移、緩沖，并利用一單片機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)前級(jí)處理后的模擬信號(hào)進(jìn)行采樣，將采集得到的音頻信號(hào)進(jìn)行4 096點(diǎn)基2的FFT計(jì)算，并對(duì)信號(hào)加窗函數(shù)提高分辨率，另一單片機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)信號(hào)的分析及控制顯示設(shè)備。此設(shè)計(jì)精確的測(cè)量了音頻信號(hào)的功率譜、周期性、失真度指標(biāo)，達(dá)到較高的頻率分辨率，并能將測(cè)量結(jié)果通過(guò)紅外遙控器顯示在液晶屏上。 Abstract: o make the audio signal analyzer cheaper， smaller and more reliable， this system sends the audio signal to the eight-order butterworth filter， and then amplifies， attenuates， buffers it in a limiting range， transfers the voltage level of the signal before utilizing two MSP430F1611 MCU to realize the audio analysis. One is charged for sampling and dealing with the processed audio signal collected by the 4096 point radix-2 FFT calculation and imposes the window function to improve the frequency resolution. The other one controls the display and realizes the spectrum， periodicity， power distortion analysis in high resolution which is displayed in the LCD screen through the infrared remote control.

生活中許多目標(biāo)的高度和水平距離需要進(jìn)行測(cè)量。目前主要的測(cè)量方法，仍以傳統(tǒng)的皮尺丈量為主，測(cè)量效率不高，有時(shí)還很不方便，沒(méi)有技術(shù)成熟的數(shù)字式測(cè)高測(cè)距產(chǎn)品。以基本的數(shù)學(xué)方法為理論依據(jù)，利用遙控小車(chē)做為載體，采用角度傳感器測(cè)量角度、霍爾傳感器測(cè)量水平距離等，通過(guò)單片機(jī)LM3S615進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算，實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)待測(cè)目標(biāo)物體的高度、水平距離等數(shù)據(jù)的快速、精確和數(shù)字式的測(cè)量，高度測(cè)量精度可達(dá)99.06%，水平測(cè)量精度則可達(dá)98.06%。 Abstract: In our lives， the height and horizontal distance of some goals are needed to be measured. Because the currently used methods are still traditional tape-based measuring methods， and the measuring efficiency is low and inconvenient so some kinds of digital and portable measuring methods or instruments are needed. Based on the basic math theory， this paper designed and manufactured a portable， digital and remote controlled measuring mobile small vehicle， which assembled with angle measuring sensor for angle measurement and Hall sensor for horizontal distance measuring. MCU LM3S615 calculated the height and horizontal distance data gotten from these sensors. The measuring process is simple， the measuring results are more accurate and the measuring efficiency is higher than traditional measure instruments. The accuracy of height and distance measurement can reach 99.06% and 98.06%.
