This article presents some PCB designconsiderations and general recommendations for choosing a 0.4mm- or 0.5mm-pitch WLP for yourapplication.

（一） 布局設計原則 1． 距板邊距離應大于5mm。 2． 先放置與結構關系密切的元件，如接插件、開關、電源插座等。 3． 優先擺放電路功能塊的核心元件及體積較大的元器件，再以核心元件為 中心擺放周圍電路元器件。 4． 功率大的元件擺放在利于散熱的位置上，如采用風扇散熱，放在空氣的 主流通道上；若采用傳導散熱，應放在靠近機箱導槽的位置。 5． 質量較大的元器件應避免放在板的中心，應靠近板在機箱中的固定邊放 置。
