  • 基于微網(wǎng)的光伏變流器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

    光伏發(fā)電是未來(lái)新能源發(fā)電重要方向之一,而光伏變流器是光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的核心。介紹一種基于微網(wǎng)理念的光伏變流器設(shè)計(jì)。以該變流器為核心的光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)可以看做一個(gè)小型的微網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能根據(jù)外部電網(wǎng)情況,工作于并網(wǎng)模式和離網(wǎng)模式。介紹了該系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)組成部件的設(shè)計(jì)以及變流器主電路部分器件的選型。最后,由實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī)進(jìn)行測(cè)試。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)及控制方案的可行性,也說(shuō)明了系統(tǒng)參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)方法的正確性。 Abstract:  Solar Photovoltaic generation is an important direction of new energy power generation in the future,while photovoltaic converter is the core of photovoltaic generation system. This paper deals with a study on photovoltaic inverter based on the concept of microgrid. This paper describes a system whose core component is the photovoltaic inverter,can work on grid-connected mode or run independently according to the external situation. The paper simply describes the main components of the system. At last,the prototype was produced and tested. Test result has proved feasibility of circuit topology structure and controlling scheme and shown correctness of system parameters.Key words: PV inverter; microgrid; off-grid; storage battery

  • 基于開關(guān)電容技術(shù)的鎖定放大器設(shè)計(jì)

    鎖定放大是微弱信號(hào)檢測(cè)的重要手段。基于相關(guān)檢測(cè)理論,利用開關(guān)電容的開關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)鎖定放大器中乘法器的功能,提出開關(guān)電容和積分器相結(jié)合以實(shí)現(xiàn)相關(guān)檢測(cè)的方法,并設(shè)計(jì)出一種鎖定放大器。該鎖定放大器將微弱信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為與之相關(guān)的方波,通過后續(xù)電路得到正比于被測(cè)信號(hào)的直流電平,為后續(xù)采集處理提供方便。測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)表明鎖定放大器前級(jí)可將10-6 A的電流轉(zhuǎn)換為10-1 V的電壓,后級(jí)通過帶通濾波器級(jí)聯(lián)可將信號(hào)放大1×105倍。該方法在降低噪聲的同時(shí),可對(duì)微弱信號(hào)進(jìn)行放大,線性度較高、穩(wěn)定性較好。 Abstract:  Lock-in Amplifying(LIA)is one of important means for weak signal detection. Based on cross-correlation detection theory, switch in the swithched capacitor was used as multiplier of LIA, and a new method of correlation detection was proposed combining swithched capacitor with integrator. A kind of LIA was designed which can convert the weak signal to square-wave, then DC proportional to measured signal was obtained through follow-up conditioning circuit, providing convenience for signal acquisition and processing. The measured data shows that the electric current(10-6 A) can be changed into voltage(10-1 V) by LIA, and the signal is magnified 1×105 times by cascade band-pass filter. The noise is suppressed and the weak signal is amplified. It has the advantages of good linearity and stability.

  • 基于AVR的PCB板雕刻機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)

      為了提高PCB板制作的效率,改變傳統(tǒng)的化學(xué)腐蝕制板工藝,使用機(jī)械仿形銑制作電路板的方法,設(shè)計(jì)了以ATMEGA16單片機(jī)為核心部件的PCB板雕刻機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)。其中包括PCB雕刻機(jī)的基本功能、主要硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和軟件的實(shí)現(xiàn)流程,并給出了相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)電路。重點(diǎn)分析了雕刻機(jī)步進(jìn)電機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)電路以及主軸電機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,該雕刻機(jī)經(jīng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行,系統(tǒng)工作良好,可有效提高PCB板的制作效率。   Abstract:   In order to improve the efficiency of production of PCB board and change the traditional chemical etching plates, using of mechanical copying milling method makes circuit boards,this paper introduces the PCB engraving machine control system used ATMEGA16 microcomputer as the core components. It includes basic function, the hardware circuit design and software realization process, and gives the corresponding circuit design.It analyses the drive circuit of engrawing machine stepper motor and spindle motor in detail. This engraving machine by practical operation, the system works well, which can effectively improve the production efficiency of PCB board.

  • 基于8098單片機(jī)的SPWM變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)

      數(shù)字控制的交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)所選用的微處理器、功率器件及產(chǎn)生PWM波的方法是影響交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)性能好壞的直接因素。在介紹了正弦脈寬調(diào)制(SPWM)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一種以8098單片機(jī)作為控制器,以智能功率模塊IPM為開關(guān)器件的變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。通過軟件編程,產(chǎn)生正弦脈沖寬度調(diào)制波形來(lái)控制絕緣柵雙極晶體管的導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷,從而達(dá)到控制異步電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的目的。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可調(diào)頻率調(diào)電壓,穩(wěn)定度高,調(diào)速范圍寬,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值   Abstract:   AC variable speed with digital control systems used microprocessors, power devices and generate PWM wave is the direct factors of affecting the performance AC speed regulation system. On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology,this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller, intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming, resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off, so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage, high stability, wide speed range, has a strong practical value.

      利用單片機(jī)具有的智能程序控制的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了基于STC89C52單片機(jī)的"二極管特性測(cè)試器",可對(duì)二極管一般特性進(jìn)行快速測(cè)試。通過穩(wěn)定線性電流源給二極管加載恒定電流,然后由高精度模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器測(cè)試其壓降,以此為基礎(chǔ)可判斷二極管好壞、檢測(cè)二極管極性和測(cè)試二極管伏安特性等,避免了用萬(wàn)用表測(cè)試只能測(cè)得極性而不知其特性這一缺點(diǎn)。可用于電子設(shè)計(jì)制作過程中對(duì)二極管進(jìn)行快速測(cè)試,以確定被測(cè)二極管是否滿足電路的設(shè)計(jì)要求。   Abstract:   By making good use of the intelligent control function of the Micro Controller Unit (MCU), the diode trait tester was designed based on the STC89C52,which could be used to test the trait of a diode rapidly. By loading constant current to diode through the stable linear current source, and measuring the voltage drop of the diode by high-precision analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), it can judge whether the diode is good or not, distinguish the polarity of the diode, and test the trait that the diode, which can avoid the fault of using a multimeter can only measure the polarity but not the trait. This device can be used to test the trait of a diode quickly,and to make sure that whether a diode can be used in the electronic design or not.

It not only realizes water level data collection and storage, regularly gathering and so on, but also improves the water-level precision , finally realizes the intelligence.

  • 基于PIC18F1320微控制器的信號(hào)采集系統(tǒng)

      便攜式信號(hào)采集在機(jī)器健康診斷系統(tǒng)中有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。機(jī)器健康診斷的信號(hào)特點(diǎn)是包括低頻信號(hào)。本文研究是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)易而且低成本的低頻便攜式信號(hào)采集。以Microchip公司單片機(jī)PIC18F1320為核心設(shè)計(jì)信號(hào)采集電路,實(shí)現(xiàn)了信號(hào)的采集和保存。系統(tǒng)采用串行電可擦除芯片24LC32A保存數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過有線通信,信號(hào)數(shù)據(jù)由串行口通過MAX232芯片輸送到微型計(jì)算機(jī)接收和保存,最后繪制出信號(hào)波形。 微型計(jì)算機(jī)程序采用Visual Basic編程。研究成功采樣頻率為3 kHz的復(fù)雜信號(hào),證明該方案符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。   Abstract:   Portable signal acquisition is useful in machine health monitoring systems. The signal characteristics of machine health monitoring includes low frequency signals. The goal of this study is to realize simple, inexpensive and portable low frequency signal sampling. This paper provides the project of signal acquisition system design based on PIC18F1320 microcontroller manufactured by the Microchip Technology Incorporation to achieve signal sampling and storage. The system adopted EEPROM 24LC32A to store the signal data. The microcomputer received data via wired link with the MAX232 IC through the serial port. The microcomputer program, programmed in Visual Basic, received the data, stored it and plotted the signal. The study successfully samples 3kHz complicated signals and thus meets the design requirement.

      針對(duì)煤礦井下調(diào)度及緊急救援系統(tǒng)的需求,以DTMF編解碼模塊為核心,設(shè)計(jì)了具有自動(dòng)撥號(hào)功能的新型電話系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用MT8880對(duì)DTMF信號(hào)的編解碼功能實(shí)現(xiàn)一鍵撥號(hào)和遠(yuǎn)程設(shè)置,通過檢測(cè)振鈴和忙音信號(hào),完成自動(dòng)摘機(jī)和掛機(jī)過程,配合AGC等外圍電路達(dá)到話音清晰流暢的效果。   Abstract:   To meet the demand for mine scheduling and emergency rescue system, with using DTMF signal codec as the core, a new telephone system was designed with automatic dialing function. In the system, the DTMF signal encoding and decoding function of MT8880 was used to achieve one-touch dialing and remote setting. The circuit detects the ringing and busy signal, and then completes automatic off-hook and hangup. With AGC(Automatic Gain Control) and other peripheral circuits, the voice was regulated to a clear and smooth effect.
