  • 基于C8051F320的心電監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

    介紹一種基于C8051單片機(jī)的動態(tài)心電監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)由兩部分組成:以C8051F320單片機(jī)為核心的數(shù)據(jù)采集裝置和以PC機(jī)為平臺的分析處理系統(tǒng)。硬件電路功耗低,由單片機(jī)自帶的USB接口將數(shù)據(jù)傳送給PC機(jī)。軟件平臺采用LabVIEW可視化虛擬儀器系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺,將傳統(tǒng)儀器的功能模塊集成到計算機(jī)中,用戶可通過修改虛擬儀器的程序改變其功能。采用USB接口實(shí)時傳輸心電數(shù)據(jù),并將數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊設(shè)計為計算機(jī)外設(shè),使該系統(tǒng)高速快捷、小巧便攜。 Abstract:  In this design,a low-cost ECG electrocardiogram monitoring system is introduced,which consists of two parts:data Acquisition device based on C8051F320and PC terminal as the analysis and processing system.The system is low-power consumption,the data is transmitted to the PC terminal by USB interface of the C8051F320.By using the visible virtual instrument system developing platform LabVIEW,the traditional instruments function modules are integrated into the computer,so the user can modify virtual instrument software to change its function to meet their needs.Using USB in-terface to realize real-time ECG data transmission,in addition,ECG data Acquisition module is designed as the computer peripheral,which makes the syetem high-speed and portable.

  • 基于MS5534B的微功耗氣壓數(shù)據(jù)采集

    氣壓是氣象監(jiān)測中的一個重要參數(shù),提出了一種氣壓數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊設(shè)計方案,該模塊采用數(shù)字氣壓傳感器MS5534B、MSP430單片機(jī)MSP430F2272和帶實(shí)時時鐘(RTC)64 KB鐵電存儲器。通過低功耗軟件設(shè)計方法以微安級整體平均功耗實(shí)現(xiàn)了氣壓數(shù)據(jù)的采集和存儲,適合電池供電的連續(xù)高精度氣壓采集應(yīng)用。給出了模塊的軟硬件設(shè)計以及MS5534B的性能指標(biāo)和使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Abstract:  Air pressure is an important parameter in weather monitor.This paper futs forward a new design scheme of low power-air pressure data Acquisition module.The module uses a digital output barometer sensor MS5534B,MSP430 microcontroller MSP430F2272 and integrated RTC 64KB FRAM,precision air pressure measurement and storage chip.Another point of this module is low power consumption, so it is well suited for battery powered air pressure data Acquisition applications. At the same time,the software and hardware deign of module is presented,And the speciaties and use notices of MS5534B are given.

The signal processing software programmed with LabWindows/CVI can be used successfully to fulfill inspection of signal and display of the waveform and data. The hardware and software configuration of test instrument are provided.The hardware of the system is simple, and can be easily realized.The stability and precision of the measurement instrument are enough to meet the requirements.

  • 基于C8051F930的管道溫度壓力遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)

       為解決輸油管道溫度壓力參數(shù)實(shí)時監(jiān)測的問題,設(shè)計了以C8051F930單片機(jī)作為控制核心的超低功耗輸油管道溫度壓力遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。現(xiàn)場儀表使用高精度電橋采集數(shù)據(jù),通過433 MHz短距離無線通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)與遠(yuǎn)程終端RTU進(jìn)行通信,RTU通過GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)與PC上位機(jī)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,在上位機(jī)中實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)存儲和圖形化界面顯示,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)輸油管道溫度壓力參數(shù)的實(shí)時監(jiān)測和異常報警。經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,該系統(tǒng)的12位數(shù)據(jù)采集精度滿足設(shè)計要求,漏碼率小于1%,正常工作時間超過5個月,能實(shí)時有效地監(jiān)測輸油管道的溫度壓力參數(shù),節(jié)省大量人工成本,有效預(yù)防管道參數(shù)異常造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和環(huán)境污染。 Abstract:  In order to solve the problems on real-time monitoring of pipeline temperature and pressure parameters, the ultra-low power remote pipeline temperature and pressure monitoring system was designed by using the single chip processor C8051F930 as the control core. The high-precision electric bridge was used in field instruments for data collection, the 433MHz short-range wireless communication network was used to make communication between field instrument and RTU, the GPRS was used by the RTU to transmit data to the PC host computer, and the data was stored and displayed in the PC host computer, so the real-time monitoring and exception alerts of pipeline temperature and pressure parameters were achieved. The experiment proves that the system of which error rate is less than 1% over five months working with the 12-bit data Acquisition accuracy can effectively monitor the pipeline temperature and pressure parameters in real time, it saves a lot of labor costs and effectively prevents environmental pollution and economic losses caused by abnormal channel parameters.

    針對當(dāng)前安檢力學(xué)試驗(yàn)機(jī)所能完成的試驗(yàn)種類單一、自動化程度低等問題,提出一種以ATmega128單片機(jī)為核心控制器的安檢力學(xué)試驗(yàn)機(jī)的設(shè)計。詳細(xì)闡述了該安檢力學(xué)試驗(yàn)機(jī)各個組成部分的設(shè)計原理和方案,并且給出了各部分的軟件設(shè)計思想和操作流程。經(jīng)過大量測試試驗(yàn)表明:設(shè)計的安檢力學(xué)試驗(yàn)機(jī)可以完成多達(dá)十余種的力學(xué)安檢試驗(yàn),完全符合相關(guān)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并且具有數(shù)據(jù)采集精度高、傳輸速度快、操作安全簡便等特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了安檢設(shè)備的多功能化、數(shù)字化和自動化。 Abstract:  Currently, many mechanical security testing machines have only one function. The degree of automation of them is low. To solve those problems, a new kind of mechanical security testing machine, using ATmega128 micro-controller as its core controller, has been advanced. It describes the components of the machine. The principles and the scheme in the designing processes are presented in detail, and the software architecture and the operation processes of each part are given. After having done many testing, we have reached the following conclusions: the mechanical security testing machine presented can do over ten mechanical security tests complying with related national standards. It has high data Acquisition accuracy and high transmission speed. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. In general, this machine is a multi-functional, highly automatic, digitalized security testing device.

This paper int roduces a data Acquisition system of measuring 40 point s temperature for air condition room based on single wire digital sensor DS18B20 and microcont roller AT89C51 which are composed of rectangle measuring meshwork. The data communication between LabVIEW and microcont roller is executed via serial port ,and the temperature field data of air condition room are processed analyzed and displayed on LabVIEW. The USB drive is developed場Wmdriver, and the operation on the hardware interface is packaged into Dynamic Link Libraries場Visual C++6.0.  Keywords USB DataA cquisition Adttc831 PDfUSBD12 Windriver0 引言US B總 線 是新一代接口總線,最初推出的目的是為了統(tǒng)一取代PC機(jī)的各類外設(shè)接口,迄今經(jīng)歷了1.0,1.1與2.0版本3個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在國內(nèi)基于USB總線的相關(guān)設(shè)計與開發(fā)也得到了快速的發(fā)展,很多設(shè)計者從各自的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,用不同方案設(shè)計出了相應(yīng)的裝置[1,2]。數(shù)據(jù)采集是工業(yè)控制中一個普遍而重要的環(huán)節(jié),因此開發(fā)基于USB接口的數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用意義。雖然 US B總線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已經(jīng)發(fā)展到2.0版本,但由于工業(yè)控制現(xiàn)場干擾信號的情況比較復(fù)雜,高速數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)目煽啃圆蝗菀妆槐WC,并且很多場合對數(shù)據(jù)采集的實(shí)時性要求并不高,開發(fā)2.0標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品的成本又較1.1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品高,所以筆者認(rèn)為,在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域,目前開發(fā)基于USB總線1.1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)現(xiàn)的數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊的實(shí)用意義大于相應(yīng)2.0標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模塊。
