    目前電動汽車主要以鋰電池作為動力來源,為了提高鋰電池的使用時間和安全性,為鋰電池提供安全良好的運行環(huán)境,電池管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運而生。BMS主控單元基于S32K144汽車級單片機,通過主從式網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制結(jié)構(gòu)能夠?qū)︿囯姵氐母鱾€參數(shù)進行采集與分析。采用擴展卡爾曼濾波對電池的荷電狀態(tài)(SOC)進行估算,克服普通估算方法無法避免電池內(nèi)阻誤差的缺點,通過Matlab/Simulink軟件仿真驗證可使估算誤差達到2%以內(nèi)。At present,electric vehicles mainly use lithium batteries as the power source.In order to improve the running time and safety of lithium batteries,a safe and good operating environment for power batteries is provided,and a Battery management system(BMS) has emerged.The BMS main control unit is based on the S32K144 automotive-grade control chip.Through the master-slave network control structure,it can collect and analyze the various parameters of the lithium Battery.The Extended Kalman Filter(EKF) is used to estimate the state of charge(SOC) of the Battery,which overcomes the shortcomings of the internal estimation method that cannot overcome the internal resistance error of the Battery.It can be verified by Matlab/Simulink software simulation.The estimation error is within 2%.

  • 基于無跡卡爾曼濾波算法的鋰電池SOC估計

    應(yīng)用無跡卡爾曼濾波算法(UKF)進行鋰電池的SOC估計,采用Thevenin二階RC等效電路模型,對HPPC電池脈沖充放電實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行Matlab處理,得到較為準(zhǔn)確的模型.通過在Matlab中編寫算法程序,對不同工況的估計值與實際值進行誤差估算及對比分析,通過此算法進行SOC估計,得到該算法可有效降低系統(tǒng)誤差并糾正SOC的初值偏差.The non trace Calman filter (UKF) is applied to the SOC estimation of lithium Battery. The Thevenin two order RC equivalent circuit model is used to process the HPPC Battery pulse charge discharge experimental data by Matlab processing, and a more accurate model is obtained. By writing algorithm program in Matlab, the error estimation and comparison analysis of the estimated value and actual value of different states are carried out, and the SOC estimation is carried out by this algorithm. The algorithm can effectively reduce the system error and correct the initial value deviation of the SOC.

    BMS即 Battery Management System,電池管理系統(tǒng)。作為新能源汽車“電核心技術(shù)之一,BMS在新能源車上扮演十分重要的作用。按照新能源汽車對電池管理的需求,BMS具備的功能包括電壓/溫度/電流采樣及相應(yīng)的過壓、欠壓、過溫、過流保護,SOC/SOH估算、SOP預(yù)測、故障診斷、均衡控制、熱管理和充電管理等。為了保證汽車電子電氣的可靠性設(shè)計,在2011年發(fā)布了ISO26262道路車輛功能安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)),ISO26262標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是源于工業(yè)功能安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(IEC61508)[1]。目前許多汽車企業(yè)和零部件企業(yè)在控制器開發(fā)過程中采用ISO26262這個標(biāo)準(zhǔn),ISO26262包括了汽車電子電氣開發(fā)中與安全相關(guān)的所有應(yīng)用,制定了汽車整個生命周期中與安全相關(guān)的所有活動,ISO26262從需求開始,當(dāng)中包括概念設(shè)計、軟硬件設(shè)計,直至最后的生產(chǎn)、操作,都提出了相應(yīng)的功能安全要求,其覆蓋了汽車整個生命周期,從而保證安全相關(guān)的電子產(chǎn)品的功能性失效不會造成危險的發(fā)生。如下圖所示
