    本系統(tǒng)采用電動(dòng)機(jī)電樞供電回路串接采樣電阻的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)對小型直流有刷電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速測量。該系統(tǒng)主要由二階低通濾波電路,小信號(hào)放大電路、單片機(jī)測量顯示電路、開關(guān)穩(wěn)壓電源電路等組成。同時(shí)自制電機(jī)測速裝置,用高頻磁環(huán)作為載體,用線圈繞制磁環(huán),利用電磁感應(yīng)原理檢測電機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)的漏磁,將變化的磁場信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為磁環(huán)上的感應(yīng)電流。用信號(hào)處理單元電路將微弱電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為脈沖信號(hào),送由單片機(jī)檢測,從而達(dá)到準(zhǔn)確測量電機(jī)的速度的要求。In this system, the sampling resistance of armature power supply circuit is connected in series to measure the speed of small DC brush motor. The system is mainly composed of second-order low-pass filter circuit, small signal amplifier circuit, single-chip measurement and display circuit, switching regulated power supply circuit and so on. At the same time, the self-made motor speed measuring device uses high frequency magnetic ring as the carrier, coil winding magnetic ring, and electromagnetic induction principle to detect the leakage of magnetic field during the operation of the motor, which converts the changed magnetic field signal into the induced current on the magnetic ring. The weak electric signal is transformed into pulse signal by signal processing unit circuit, which is sent to single chip computer for detection, so as to meet the requirement of accurate measurement of motor speed.

    在傳統(tǒng)智能小車驅(qū)動(dòng)電路設(shè)計(jì)中,較多考慮使用直流電機(jī)還是步進(jìn)電機(jī),電機(jī)功率、能耗等性能參數(shù)。使用具有armCortexM4內(nèi)核的STM32嵌入式平臺(tái)控制四輪的4個(gè)直流電機(jī)。文章基于PWM技術(shù)及PID算法,對四輪進(jìn)行精準(zhǔn)地速度、轉(zhuǎn)向及啟停控制,實(shí)驗(yàn)表明此小車具有優(yōu)越各種地形適應(yīng)能力。In the traditional intelligent car drive circuit design,DC motor or stepping motor,motor power,energy consumption and other performance parameters are considered.The four DC motors with four wheels are controlled by STM32 embedded platform with arm Cortex M4 kernel.Based on the PWM technology and PID algorithm,the accurate ground speed,steering,and start-stop control of the four wheels are carried out.The experiment shows that the vehicle has the superior adaptability to all kinds of terrains.

    以單片機(jī)控制A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器TLC549為例,對A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器的主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了分析研究,在Proteus平臺(tái)下,完成了A/D轉(zhuǎn)換電路的構(gòu)建,采用器件工作時(shí)序方式進(jìn)行程序編寫,借助仿真圖表、虛擬儀器等工具對A/D轉(zhuǎn)換的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測量并對失調(diào)誤差、增益誤差、微分非線性、積分非線性和轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)間等重要參數(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。結(jié)果表明:使用Proteus軟件可對A/D轉(zhuǎn)換過程進(jìn)行定性分析,將抽象的A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器技術(shù)指標(biāo)直觀化、形象化展現(xiàn)出來,有助于學(xué)生更好地理解A/D轉(zhuǎn)換過程。The main technical indicators of A/D converter were analyzed and studied with an example from A/D converter TLC2543 which is controlled by using SCM.It was completed the construction of the A/D converter circuit under the Proteus software.The programming based on the operation sequence of the chip is put forward.With the aid of the simulation tools such as virtual instrument,simulation charts provided by Proteus,the important parameters of circuit such as offset error,gain error,differential nonlinearity(DNL),integral nonlinearity (INL) and conversion time are analyzed detailedly.Simulation results show that the A/D conversion process can be qualitatively analyzed and visualized the abstract indicators of A/D.The system can help students better to understand the SCM conversion process.

TPL521 optocoupler isolation,IR2110 gate driver chip. PWM signals are generated by the DSP and sent to the IR2110 for phase angle control after optocoupler isolation and logic circuits. This text carries on the analysis to the principle of IR2110 drive circuit and parameter design,set up and give out some code to TMS320F28335. The experimental results show that the PWM waveforms with different phase angles generated by TMS320F28335 can meet the requirements of phase-shifted full-bridge control for different phase angles.
