The P89LPC912/913/914 are single-chip microcontrollers in low-cost 14-pin packages, based on a high performance processor architecture that executes instructions in two to four clocks, six times the rate of standard 80C51 DEVICES. Many system level functions have been incorporated into the P89LPC912/913/914 in order to reduce component count, board space, and system cost.

Abstract:
AC variable speed with digital control systems used microprocessors， power DEVICES and generate PWM wave is the direct factors of affecting the performance AC speed regulation system. On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology，this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller， intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming， resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off， so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage， high stability， wide speed range， has a strong practical value.
The MAX9257/MAX9258 programmable serializer/deserializer (SerDes) DEVICES transfer both video data and control signals over the same twisted-pair cable. However, control data can only be transmitted during the vertical blank time, which is indicated by the control-channel-enabled output (CCEN) signal. The electronic control unit (ECU) firmware designer needs to know how quickly to respond to the CCEN signal before it times out and how to calculate this duration. This application note describes how to calculate the duration of the CCEN for the MAX9257/MAX9258 SerDes chipset. The calculation is based on STO timeout, clock frequency, and UART bit timing. The CCEN duration is programmable and can be closed if not in use.

Recent improvements in chips and testers have made it possible for the tester to begin taking over the role tradi-tionally assigned to the PROM program-mer. Instead of having a PROM pro- grammer write nonvolatile memories before assembling the board, the in-cir- cuit tester writes them during in-circuit testing operations. Many Teradyne Z18- series testers are now in use loading code into nonvolatile memories, micro- controllers and in-circuit programmable logic DEVICES. The purpose of this note is to explain how the Z18 approaches the writing task for Atmel AT89C series IC’s, so that designers of boards using these chips can get the best results.

Abstract:
Aiming at the high frequency of vehicle rear-end collision，a safe device design of anti-vehicle rear-end collision is presented.In the design，the high-performance，low-power8-bit AVR microprocessor ATmega8L is utilized as a core combined with Hall-type speed sensor，laser-radar ranging DEVICES and the acceleration sensor MMA7260QT.The design considers both the front and back of a car，and overcomes the drawbacks of former designs in which only the front or the back of the car is considered，so it is especially suitable for high-speed，night or the beginner’s driving.
介紹了采用ATmega48單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)三相無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)控制器的方法。利用Atmega48獲得帶死區(qū)的脈寬調(diào)制（PWM）、霍爾傳感器的換相處理、正弦驅(qū)動(dòng)信號(hào)的產(chǎn)生和電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的控制等功能。采用該方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是所需的外圍器件少，成本低。
Abstract:
The method of 3-phase brushless DC motor control based on ATmega48 is presented in this paper.The system uses ATmega48 to generate PWM signals with dead-time, hall sensors signals commutation，sine driving signal and rotational speed of motor.Using this method，the needed external DEVICES are few, the cost is low.
MMC/SD卡以其優(yōu)越的性能，在單片機(jī)嵌入式設(shè)備中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。將MMC/SD卡作為外部掉電存儲(chǔ)介質(zhì)應(yīng)用于音頻信號(hào)發(fā)生器中，通過(guò)8051F330單片機(jī)上的SPI接口，實(shí)現(xiàn)單片機(jī)—MMC/SD卡的存儲(chǔ)擴(kuò)展，設(shè)計(jì)了此硬件平臺(tái)上的MMC/SD卡的單片機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序，并給出了相應(yīng)的程序代碼，滿足音頻信號(hào)發(fā)生器的大容量存儲(chǔ)要求。
Abstract:
MMC/SD card is more and more widely used in the single chip embedded DEVICES for their excellent performances.This article introduces the application of MMC/SD card as the external power down storage medium in audio signal generator. The extension technology especially for storage of single chip-MMC/SD card via SPI interfaces in 8051F330 single chip, including designs single chip drive program of MMC/SD card based on hardware platform,and also gives the key coding of the program. The implementation of big capacity storage is meaningful in audio signal generator.
The PCF8578 is a low power CMOS1 LCD row and column driver, designed to drive dotmatrix graphic displays at multiplex rates of 1:8, 1:16, 1:24 or 1:32. The device has40 outputs, of which 24 are programmable and configurable for the following ratios ofrows/columns: 32¤8, 24¤16, 16¤24 or 8¤32. The PCF8578 can function as a stand-alone LCDcontroller and driver for use in small systems. For larger systems it can be used inconjunction with up to 32 PCF8579s for which it has been optimized. Together these twoDEVICES form a general purpose LCD dot matrix driver chip set, capable of driving displaysof up to 40960 dots. The PCF8578 is compatible with most microcontrollers andcommunicates via a two-line bidirectional bus (I2C-bus). Communication overhead isminimized by a display RAM with auto-incremented addressing and display bankswitching.
