NIST Net – A Linux-based Network Emulation Tool, It is a raw IP packet filter with many controllable channel parameters such as packet loss ratio, jitter, bandwidth variation, delay, and network buffer size. To simulate different network ENVIRONMENTS
The MAX481E, MAX483E, MAX485E, MAX487E–MAX491E,
and MAX1487E are low-power transceivers for RS-485 and
RS-422 communications in harsh ENVIRONMENTS. Each driver
output and receiver input is protected against ±15kV electrostatic
discharge (ESD) shocks, without latchup. These parts
contain one driver and one receiver. The MAX483E,
MAX487E, MAX488E, and MAX489E feature reduced slewrate
drivers that minimize EMI and reduce reflections caused
by improperly terminated cables, thus allowing error-free
data transmission up to 250kbps. The driver slew rates of the
MAX481E, MAX485E, MAX490E, MAX491E, and MAX1487E
are not limited, allowing them to transmit up to 2.5Mbps.
The code on this diskette has been organized by chapter. Each subdirectory
containing listing has a readme.txt describing program usage and any relevent
file formats. The readme will also describe how to compile the target
programs under IBM OS/2 (TM) using the using C Set++ compiler (TM). All programs on
this diskette have been compiled and tested in this environment. The majority
of programs on this diskette should port to other ENVIRONMENTS with only minor
adjustments. The exception to this are those programs which utilize
presentation manager for graphical display of program data. In particular,
the grid1 programs in \chapt4\backprop\ and \chapt3\ fall into this latter category.
This paper presents a visual based localization
mechanism for a legged robot. Our proposal, fundamented
on a probabilistic approach, uses a precompiled topological
map where natural landmarks like doors or ceiling lights
are recognized by the robot using its on-board camera.
Experiments have been conducted using the AIBO Sony
robotic dog showing that it is able to deal with noisy sensors
like vision and to approximate world models representing
indoor ofce ENVIRONMENTS. The two major contributions of
this work are the use of this technique in legged robots, and
the use of an active camera as the main sensor
This paper addresses the subject of SQL Injection in a Microsoft SQL Server/IIS/Active
Server Pages environment, but most of the techniques discussed have equivalents in other
database ENVIRONMENTS. It should be viewed as a "follow up", or perhaps an appendix, to
the previous paper, "Advanced SQL Injection".
The paper covers in more detail some of the points described in its predecessor, providing
examples to clarify areas where the previous paper was perhaps unclear. An effective
method for privilege escalation is described that makes use of the openrowset function to
scan a network. A novel method for extracting information in the absence of helpful
error messages is described the use of time delays as a transmission channel. Finally, a
number of miscellaneous observations and useful hints are provided, collated from
responses to the original paper, and various conversations around the subject of SQL
injection in a SQL Server environment.
It is a GPL basic windowing library created specifically for windows and uses only basic win32 services. It currently compiles under Borland C++ and Microsoft C++, other compilers are untested.It provides a common windows toolkit for al c++ ENVIRONMENTS.
It can be argued that the current free-software movement is the most important

body of software that can be freely acquired and used by anyone for any purpose.
Free software now includes not only programming language compilers and linkers,

Java technology is both a programming language and a platform. The Java programming language originated as part of a research project to develop advanced software for a wide variety of network devices and embedded systems. The goal was to develop a small, reliable, portable, distributed, real-time operating platform. When the project started, C++ was the language of choice. But over time the difficulties encountered with C++ grew to the point where the problems could best be addressed by creating an entirely new language platform. Design and architecture decisions drew from a variety of languages such as Eiffel, SmallTalk, Objective C, and Cedar/Mesa. Abstract. The main aim of this research is to improve communication between student and teacher by using the developing mobile information technologies. Implementing such technologies in education may help to develop learning ENVIRONMENTS to share the knowledge among students and increase their motivation to possible highest level. Based on mobile equipments used in daily life an online student announcement system has been developed which aims to provide sharing of documents and communication ways between students and teachers.
