Calculation of the Differential Impedance of Tracks on FR4 substrates There is a discrepancy between calculated and measured values of impedance for differential transmission lineson FR4. This is especially noticeable in the case of surface microstrip configurations. The anomaly is shown tobe due to the nature of the substrate material. This needs to be considered as a layered structure of epoxy resinand glass fibre. Calculations, using Boundary Element field methods, show that the distribution of the Electricfield within this layered structure determines the apparent diElectric constant and therefore affects theimpedance. Thus FR4 cannot be considered to be uniform diElectric when calculating differential impedance.

鎖定放大是微弱信號檢測的重要手段。基于相關檢測理論，利用開關電容的開關實現鎖定放大器中乘法器的功能，提出開關電容和積分器相結合以實現相關檢測的方法，并設計出一種鎖定放大器。該鎖定放大器將微弱信號轉化為與之相關的方波，通過后續電路得到正比于被測信號的直流電平，為后續采集處理提供方便。測量數據表明鎖定放大器前級可將10-6 A的電流轉換為10-1 V的電壓，后級通過帶通濾波器級聯可將信號放大1×105倍。該方法在降低噪聲的同時，可對微弱信號進行放大，線性度較高、穩定性較好。 Abstract: Lock-in Amplifying（LIA）is one of important means for weak signal detection. Based on cross-correlation detection theory， switch in the swithched capacitor was used as multiplier of LIA， and a new method of correlation detection was proposed combining swithched capacitor with integrator. A kind of LIA was designed which can convert the weak signal to square-wave， then DC proportional to measured signal was obtained through follow-up conditioning circuit， providing convenience for signal acquisition and processing. The measured data shows that the Electric current（10-6 A） can be changed into voltage（10-1 V） by LIA， and the signal is magnified 1×105 times by cascade band-pass filter. The noise is suppressed and the weak signal is amplified. It has the advantages of good linearity and stability.

Through the MCU’s A / D converter module is collected on the AMP amplification quantify the signal bridge， jack handle position control valve opening according to the direction of Electric pumps for a number of positioning and size of the microcontroller based on force or displacement sensor signals， real-time control stepper motor drive control handle rotate to the appropriate location.

提出一種基于凌陽單片機的步進電機加減速的控制方法。采用凌陽科技推出的16位結構工控單片機SPMC75F2413A為控制器，由Allegro公司生產的兩相步進電機專用驅動器件SLA7042M構成步進電機的驅動電路，在傳統的3段直線加減速控制算法基礎上增加至7段S形曲線加減速過程，控制步進電機的啟動和停止。實驗結果表明，該控制方法克服了直線加減速中不連續、易造成系統沖擊的問題，整個系統實現柔性控制，電機啟動、停止連續性能提高30%。 Abstract: The method of controlled stepping motor is referred based on SPMC75F2413A MCU， which adopts the 16 knots SPMC75F2413A MCU as the controller. The special-purpose actuation chip SLA7042M of two stepping motor produced by Allegro Corporation constituted to actuation Electric circuit. The purpose of increasing to seven section of S shape curve based on the traditional three sections of straight line is to control the start and stop process of stepping motor. The experimental results show that the control method solves easy to pull-out and overshot problems. The overall system realizes flexible control， and the performance of motor start or stop continuity is increased 30%
