CANopen is a networking system based on the CAN serial bus.
CANopen assumes that the device’s hardware has a CAN transceiver
and CAN controller as specified in ISO 11898.
CANopen profile family specifies standardized communication
mechanisms and device FUNCTIONALITY. The profile family is available
and maintained by CAN in Automation (CiA), the international users’
and manufacturers’ group and may be implemented license-free.

As science advances, novel experiments are becoming more and more complex, requiring a zoo of control devices and electronics executing complicated sequences of steps. Device availability and monetary constrains usually lead to a highly heterogeneous setup with components from several different manufacturers using many different protocols and interfacing mechanisms. This often results in control software being puzzled together to use and provide a multitude of interfacing and control FUNCTIONALITY, each using their own calling conventions, data structures, etc. To make matters worse, usually a group of relatively independent programmers is trying to write and maintain the code base. Often this causes extensive duplication of effort as program segments are hard to reuse, since unpredictable changes to the segments by the original authors might compromise other code using these segments.
The jxcell allows any Java developer to automate any manual spreadsheet process within their organization.
Automate the delivery of Excel reports and give your users the data they need in the format they want.
Web-enable your existing spreadsheet business logic as a scalable server-side calculation engine.
embed Excel-compatible grids in applets and applications to automate spreadsheet data entry processes.
enables you to integrate Excel-compatible spreadsheet FUNCTIONALITY in your Windows applications without relying on Excel or writing VBA code.

Third Generation (3G) mobile offers access to broadband multimedia services - and in the future most of these, even voice and video, will be IP-based. However 3G networks are not based on IP technologies, rather they are an evolution from existing 2G networks. Much work needs to be done to IP QoS and mobility protocols and architectures for them to be able to provide the FUNCTIONALITY 3G requires.
Abstract Based on the demand analysis of the RFID
middleware,it suggests how to develop the RFID middle—
ware, including the FUNCTIONALITY and the mechanism of the
event handle, and prospects the future of the RFID mid—
dleware.
SimpliciTI™ -1.0.3.exe for CC11xx and CC25xx
SimpliciTI is a simple low-power RF network protocol aimed at small (<256) RF networks. Such networks typically contain battery operated devices which require long battery life, low data rate and low duty cycle and have a limited number of nodes talking directly to each other or through an access point or range extenders. Access point and range extenders are not required but provide extra FUNCTIONALITY such as store and forward messages. With SimpliciTI the MCU resource requirements are minimal which results in the low system cost.

These MATLAB functions were created for the book Digital Image
Processing Using MATLAB (DIPUM), by R.C. Gonzalez, R.E. Woods, and
S.L. Eddins, Prentice Hall, 2004, ISBN 0130085197. The functions
supplement and extend the image processing FUNCTIONALITY of MATLAB
and the Image Processing Toolbox, both offered by The MathWorks.
MATFOR FFT Visual Fortran program.
MATFOR Extensions, as implied in the name, are data or components external to MATFOR modules that can be used to add versatility to MATFOR programs. Currently there are two types of extensions available with MATFOR, they are MATLAB Interface and Tecplot FileIO. MATLAB Interface, a new feature in MATFOR 4.1, provides MATFOR users access to MATLAB functions so they can obtain FUNCTIONALITY that has not been built into MATFOR. The ability of using MATLAB functions makes MATFOR an ideal tool for those who create prototypes using MATLAB, then do implementation in C++ and other programming languages. Through the use of MATFOR, users may perform quick results comparisons between MATLAB and other languages.
