48 kW 大功率高頻開關(guān)電源的研制摘 要:主要介紹48 kW 大功率高頻開關(guān)電源的研制。闡述國內(nèi)外開關(guān)電源的現(xiàn)狀.分析全橋移相變換器的工作原理和軟開關(guān)技術(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。軟開關(guān)能降低開關(guān)損耗,提高電路效率。給出電源系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì)及主要器件的選擇。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該裝置完全滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,并成功應(yīng)用于電鍍生產(chǎn)線。
