NIST Net – A Linux-based Network Emulation Tool, It is a raw IP packet filter with many controllable channel parameters such as packet loss ratio, jitter, bandwidth variation, delay, and network buffer size. To simulate different network environments
These routines model tropospheric radiowave propagation over variable terrain and calculates propagation loss vs. height and range. Propagation loss is displayed in dB contours on a height vs. range plot. TPEM is based on the split-step Fourier PE method and was originally developed from an early PE model called PEPC, written by Fred Tappert. Propagation loss over variable terrain is modeled by shifting the field an appropriate number of bin widths correspondc ing to the height of the ground. The field is determined using the smooth earth PE method.
The TMS320VC5506/C5507/C5509A USB peripherals can be clocked from either the USB APLL or the
USB DPLL. Since the APLL is inherently more noise tolerant and has less long-term jitter than the DPLL,
it is recommended that you switch to it for any USB operations.
To review what a metaball is, and how to render them and to describe a
new optimization I ve made for rendering metaballs. For complex scenes,
it can render hundreds of times faster, though I m certain others have
discovered this trick as well. It does very slightly change the
characteristic shape of the blobs, but there is no loss in image quality
whatsoever. (I actually developed all this about two years ago, but just
now felt like writing it all down, and had the time!)
A combined space鈥搕ime block coding (STBC) and eigen-space tracking
(EST) scheme in multiple-input-multiple-output systems is
proposed. It is proved that the STBC-EST is capable of shifting
hardware complexity from the receiver to the transmitter without
any bit error rate (BER) performance loss. A computation efficient
EST algorithm is also proposed, which makes the STBC-EST affordable.
Simulation results show that the STBC-EST with a modest
feedback requirement results in a negligible BER performance loss
compared with a dual system configuration.
I implemented a perfect file transfer OCX client/server. I created a perfect function to parse and split the data. The source file size is equal to destination. NO LOSS OF DATA in the packets!

UILLAIN-BARRéSYNDROME(GBS)is an uncommon disorder,but one
whose impact is far out of proportion to its incidence.Despite a
usually good prognosis,GBS is a particularly frightening and often life-
altering experience for those diagnosed with the disorder. Many patients
are acutely aware of the rapid loss of control of their muscular function,
including vital functions such as breathing and swallowing, and fre-
quently feel that they are dying. The experience is almost as unnerving
for the families of affected individuals.During the acute phase of the ill-
ness GBS patients experience the indignity of helplessness in addition to
their fear of death or permanent disability.Prolonged disability is com-
mon and some permanent residual effects are becoming increasingly
recognized. It has been our experience in meeting patients at support
groups, that individuals who have been affected by GBS have a great
desire for a better understanding of the disorder, even years after the
acute experience.
Blocking CoThe aim of this toolbox is to compute blocking probabilities in WDM networks. This work was based on [1], [2], [3], [4] and user is referred to those papers for deeper study.
Because WDM networks are circuit switched loss networks blocking may occur because of lack of resources.Computation in WDM Networks Toolbox
