自來 水 廠 的自動控制系統(tǒng)一般分為兩大部分，一對組態(tài)硬件要求較高，投資較大。相對而言，MPI網(wǎng)是水源地深水泵的工作控制，一是水廠區(qū)變頻恒壓供絡速度可達187.5 M bps，通過一級中繼器傳輸距離可水控制，兩部分的實際距離通常都比較遠。某廠水源達Ikm 。根據(jù)水廠的具體情況，確定以MPI方式組地有3臺深井泵給水廠區(qū)的蓄水池供水。水廠區(qū)的成網(wǎng)絡，主站PLC為S7-300系列的CPU3121FM，從任務是對水池的水進行消毒處理后，通過加壓泵向管站為S7-200系列的CPU222。這樣既滿足了系統(tǒng)要路恒壓供水。選用Siemens公司的S7系列可編程控求，又相對于Profibus網(wǎng)絡節(jié)省了三分之一的成本，制器(PLC)和上位機組成實時數(shù)據(jù)采集和監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)， 這種分布式監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)具有較高的性能價格比。系統(tǒng)對深水泵進行遠程控制，對供水泵采用變頻器進行恒中PLC的物理層采用RS - 485接口，網(wǎng)絡延伸選用壓控制以保證整個水廠的電機設備安全、可靠地運帶防雷保護的中繼器，使系統(tǒng)的安全運行得到了保行。證。MPI網(wǎng)絡的拓撲結構如圖1所示。1 多點網(wǎng)絡(NWI)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的組成Sie me ns 公司S7系列PLC通常有MP」多點網(wǎng)絡與Profibus現(xiàn)場總線網(wǎng)絡兩種組網(wǎng)方式。Profibus現(xiàn)場總線的應用目前較為普遍，通用性較好，它由Profibus一DP, Profibus一FMS, Profibus一PA組成。Profibus - DP型用于分散外設間的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸，傳輸速率為9.6kbps一12Mbps，主要用于現(xiàn)場控制器與分散1/0之間的通信，可滿足交直流調速系統(tǒng)快速響應的時間要求，特別適合于加工自動化領域的應用;Profibus - FMS主要解決車間級通信問題，完成中等傳輸速度的循環(huán)或非循環(huán)數(shù)據(jù)交換任務，適用于紡織、樓宇自動化、可編程控制器、低壓開關等;Profibus - PA型采用了OSI模型的物理層和數(shù)據(jù)鏈路層，適用于過程自動化的總線類型。
為了擴大監(jiān)控范圍，提高資源利用率，降低系統(tǒng)成本，提出了一種多通道視頻切換的解決方案。首先從視頻信號分離出行場信號，然后根據(jù)行場信號由DSP和FPGA產(chǎn)生控制信號，控制多路視頻通道之間的切換，從而實現(xiàn)讓一個視頻處理器同時監(jiān)控不同場景。實驗結果表明，該方案可以在視頻監(jiān)控告警系統(tǒng)中穩(wěn)定、可靠地實現(xiàn)視頻通道的切換。
Abstract:
To expand the scope of MONitORING， improve resource utilization， reduce system cost， a multiple video channels signal switching method is pointed out in this paper. First， horizontal sync signal and field sync signal from the video signal are separated， then control signal according to the sync signal by DSP and FPGA is generated to control the switching between multiple video channels. Thus， it achieves to make a video processor to monitor different place. Experimental results show that the method can realize video channel switching reliably， and is applied in the video MONitORING warning system successfully.
為提升虛擬儀器傳輸速率與實時性能，擴展監(jiān)測范圍，在VC的軟件平臺上設計了一種全功能虛擬示波器。與傳統(tǒng)虛擬示波器相比，該系統(tǒng)采用嵌入式系統(tǒng)完成信號采集，采用工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)為傳輸介質，通過線性插值算法和多線程編程思想，實現(xiàn)波形顯示、參數(shù)計算、頻譜分析以及波形存儲及回放功能。實驗結果表明，該虛擬示波器可以實現(xiàn)20 kHz采樣頻率下的波形精確顯示，達到預期的各項指標。
Abstract:
o enhance the transfer rate and real-time of virtual instrument performance， expand scope of MONitORING， this paper uses the VCs software platform to design a fully functional virtual oscilloscope. Compared with traditional virtual oscilloscope， this system adopts the embedded system to complete the data acquisition， industrial Ethernet as the transmission medium used by the linear interpolation algorithm and multi-threaded programming ideas， namely to achieve waveform display， parameter calculation， spectrum analysis and waveform storage and playback. Experimental results show that the virtual oscilloscope can accurately display the waveform with 20kHz sampling frequency， and achieve the desired targets.
多遠程二極管溫度傳感器-Design Considerations for pc thermal management
Multiple RDTS (remote diode temperature sensing) provides the most accurate method of sensing an IC’s junction temperature. It overcomes thermal gradient and placement issues encountered when trying to place external sensors. PCB component count decreases when using a device that provides multiple inputs.Better temperature sensing improves product performance and reliability. Disk drive data integrity suffers at elevated temperatures. IBM published an article stating that a 5°C rise in operating temperature causes a 15% increase in the drive’s failure rate. The overall performance of a system can be improved by providing a more accurate temperature measurement of the most critical devices allowing them to run just a few degrees hotter.The LM83 directly senses its own temperature and the temperature of three external PN junctions. One is dedicated to the CPU of choice, the other two go to other parts of your system that need thermal MONitORING such as the disk drive or graphics chip. The SMBus-compatible LM83 supports SMBus timeout and logic levels. The LM83 has two interrupt outputs; one for user-programmable limits and WATCHDOG capability (INT), the other is a Critical Temperature Alarm output (T_CRIT_A) for system power supply shutdown.

提出了一種以ARM微處理器為控制核心的遠程無線視頻監(jiān)控終端的設計方案，其監(jiān)控終端的硬件設計包括視頻采集處理、中央管理控制、無線傳輸3個模塊。并給出了監(jiān)控終端的軟件開發(fā)平臺和開發(fā)模式的系統(tǒng)啟動代碼、嵌入式Linux系統(tǒng)移植以及驅動程序和應用程序。測試結果表明，該監(jiān)控終端設計方案合理、有效，基本滿足監(jiān)控需求。
Abstract:
A remote wireless video MONitORING terminal design， which uses ARM microprocessor as its core control， is proposed in this paper.The hardware design of MONitORING terminal system is composed of the video acquisition and processing module， the central management and control module， wireless transmission module.Meanwhile the MONitORING terminal-s software development platform and development patterns are designed. Also the design of the system-s start codes， embedded Linux system-s transplantation process， driver and the corresponding applications are given. The results showed that the MONitORING terminal design is reasonable， effective， basically meet MONitORING requirements.
