  • 形態梯度小波降噪與S變換的齒輪故障特征抽取算法

    針對齒輪故障特征信號具有強噪聲背景、非線性、非平穩性特點,提出采用形態梯度小波對齒輪振動信號進行降噪。首先使用形態梯度小波把齒輪振動信號分解到多個尺度上,然后對各層的細節系數進行軟閾值方法降噪處理,對經過處理后的小波系數進行重構。對降噪后的齒輪振動信號采用S變換多分辨率時頻分析,能夠從具有良好的時頻分辨率的S變換譜圖提取齒輪故障特征。通過仿真試驗和故障軸承的信號分析證明,該方法具有短時傅里葉變換和小波變換的優點,不存在Wigner-Ville分布的交叉干擾和負頻率,能有效地提取隱含在噪聲中的齒輪故障特征,適合齒輪故障的在線監測和診斷。
