    對于瀝青混凝土攤鋪機自動找平控制系統(tǒng)來說,數(shù)字式控制系統(tǒng)的研制是目前的一個方向。介紹了一種基于CAN總線的數(shù)字式自動找平控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以CAN總線作為通信方式,PWM控制信號通過C8051F040單片機內(nèi)部PCA可編程計數(shù)器陣列產(chǎn)生,并具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、信號穩(wěn)定、實時性強、易擴展的特點。通過硬件實現(xiàn)和系統(tǒng)運行達到了比較理想的控制效果,驗證了系統(tǒng)的可行性。 Abstract:  A digital auto-leveling control system based on CAN Bus is introduced.It uses CAN Bus as the method of communication and creates PWM signals by programmable counter array in C8051F040 microcontroller. The system is simple, stable, real-time and expansive.

  • 基于ROM單片機的漢字輸入法的實現(xiàn)

    在需要實時大量輸入漢字的顯示控制處理應用中,利用傳統(tǒng)單片機實現(xiàn)顯示控制的設計方法是較難實現(xiàn)的。帶漢字字庫的液晶模塊的使用使得小容量ROM單片機的大量漢字信息輸入與顯示成為可能。提出了針對漢字字庫編碼的二級索引拼音輸入檢索方法,介紹了以ST7920作為控制器的帶漢字字庫的液晶顯示模塊的接口方法及漢字顯示和控制原理,給出了通用計算機鍵盤在單片機中的串行接口,采用該技術(shù)可大大增強單片機的漢字輸入功能。為小容量ROM單片機的大批量漢字信息處理提供了一種漢字輸入解決方案。 Abstract:  It is difficult to realize Chinese characters input method based on the embedded system by using the traditional design method of display control. It is possible to input and display Chinese characters based on the embedded system with the ROM of small content by using the LCD module with Chinese characters.Chinese characters input method of the quadric index recall in allusion to Chinese characters code is brought forward.The interface and the principle of Chinese characters display control based on the LCD module controlled with the ST7920 is introduced too.The serial interface of the computer keyboard in common use and the embedded system is given at the same time. It can enhance the embedded system function of Chinese characters input by using this technology, and provide a kind of Chinese characters input scheme for the embedded system with small capacity ROM.

  • 基于AVR單片機的船舶氣象儀測試系統(tǒng)的設計

       針對船舶氣象儀保障維修而設計的船舶氣象儀測試系統(tǒng),包括信息處理終端、主儀器檢測模塊、傳感器檢測模塊,各個模塊都采用基于AVR單片機的嵌入式系統(tǒng),模塊之間通過CAN總線進行通信。結(jié)果表明,船舶氣象儀測試系統(tǒng)能夠快速檢測船舶氣象儀故障,與單純依靠人工方式排查故障相比,故障檢測時間縮短了60%以上。 Abstract:  The test system of ship meteorological instrument was developed to satisfy the maintenance of ship meteorological instruments,which composed of information processing terminal, testing module of main instrument and testing module of sensors. Each of these modules included an embedded system based on microcontroller of AVR series and communicated with other module by CAN bus. The results show that the test system can judge the fault of ship meteorological instrument quickly and shorten the fault detection time as much as 60% compared with simple manual troubleshooting.

In order to meet the needs of heat charging mode changing, a new system of heat charging based on IC card is proposed. The user?蒺s energy consumption is calculated by measuring the user inlet and outlet temperature and flow,using the IC card to record the prepaid amount and the current price of heat. The user?蒺s heating costs is calculated according to energy consumption and current price, according to actual heating costs and prepaid amount,the system controls the heating opening or stopping. It is more reasonable that calculated heating costs by user heat consumption

    為了在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)及過程控制中準確測量溫度,設計了一種基于低功耗MSP430單片機的數(shù)字溫度計。整個系統(tǒng)通過單片機MSP430F1121A控制DS18B20讀取溫度,采用數(shù)碼管顯示,溫度傳感器DS18B20與單片機之間通過串口進行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。MSP430系列單片機具有超低功耗,且外圍的整合性高,DS18B20只需一個端口即可實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)通信,連接方便。通過多次實驗證明,該系統(tǒng)的測試結(jié)果與實際環(huán)境溫度一致,除了具有接口電路簡單、測量精度高、誤差小、可靠性高等特點外,其低成本、低功耗的特點使其擁有更廣闊的應用前景。 Abstract:  In order to obtain accurate measuring temperature in industrial production and process control, a digital thermometer based on MSP430 MCU is designed. The system uses MSP430F1121A MCU to control DS18B20, and gets the temperature data, which is displayed on the LED. The temperature sensor DS18B20 and MCU transmit data through serial communication. MSP430 series has ultra-low power and high integration, DS18B20 only needs one port to achieve data communication. Through many experimental results prove, this system is consistent with actual environment temperature. The system has characteristics of interface circuit simple, high measuring accuracy, minor error, high reliability, besides, the characteristics of low cost and low power make it having vaster application prospect.

    This application report discusses the design of non-invasive optical plethysmographyalso called as pulsoximeter using the MSP430FG437 Microcontroller (MCU). Thepulsoximeter consists of a peripheral probe combined with the MCU displaying theoxygen saturation and pulse rate on a LCD glass. The same sensor is used for bothheart-rate detection and pulsoximetering in this application. The probe is placed on aperipheral point of the body such as a finger tip, ear lobe or the nose. The probeincludes two light emitting diodes (LEDs), one in the visible red spectrum (660nm) andthe other in the infrared spectrum (940nm). The percentage of oxygen in the body isworked by measuring the intensity from each frequency of light after it transmitsthrough the body and then calculating the ratio between these two intensities.
