高的工作電壓高達100V N雙N溝道MOSFET同步驅(qū)動 The D810DCDC is a synchronous step-down switching regulator controller that can directly step-down voltages from up to 100V, making it ideal for telecom and automotive applications. The D810DCDC uses a constant on-time valley current control architecture to deliver very low duty cycles with accurate cycle-by-cycle current limit, without requiring a sense resistor. A precise internal reference provides 0.5% DC accuracy. A high bandwidth (25MHz) error amplifi er provides very fast line and load transient response. Large 1Ω gate drivers allow the D810DCDC to drive multiple MOSFETs for higher current applications. The operating frequency is selected by an external resistor and is compensated for variations in VIN and can also be synchronized to an external clock for switching-noise sensitive applications. Integrated bias control generates gate drive power from the input supply during start-up and when an output shortcircuit occurs, with the addition of a small external SOT23 MOSFET. When in regulation, power is derived from the output for higher effi ciency.

Manyof these systems also depend on battery power, so powersupply effi ciency in standby state is very important tomaximize battery life. The LT®8410/-1 high effi ciencyboost converter is ideal for these systems, requiringonly 8.5μA of quiescent current in standby mode. Thedevice integrates high value (12.4M/0.4M) output feedbackresistors, signifi cantly reducing input current whenthe output is in regulation with no load. The LTC®3610 is a high power monolithic synchronousstep-down DC/DC regulator that can deliver up to 12Aof continuous output current from a 4V to 24V (28Vmaximum) input supply. It is a member of a high currentmonolithic regulator family (see Table 1) that featuresintegrated low RDS(ON) N-channel top and bottomMOSFETs. On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology，this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller， intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming， resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off， so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage， high stability， wide speed range， has a strong practical value.

The degree of automation of them is low. To solve those problems， a new kind of mechanical security testing machine， using ATmega128 micro-controller as its core controller， has been advanced. It describes the components of the machine. The principles and the scheme in the designing processes are presented in detail， and the software architecture and the operation processes of each part are given. After having done many testing， we have reached the following conclusions: the mechanical security testing machine presented can do over ten mechanical security tests complying with related national standards. It has high data acquisition accuracy and high transmission speed. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. In general， this machine is a multi-functional， highly automatic， digitalized security testing device.
