ELinks is an advanced and WELL-established feature-rich text mode web (HTTP/FTP/..) browser. ELinks can render both frames and tables, is highly customizable and can be extended via Lua or Guile scripts. It is quite portable and runs on a variety of platforms. ELinks is an Open Source project covered by the GNU General Public License. It originates from the Links project written by Mikulas Patocka.

Parallel robotic manipulators can be considered a WELL-established option
for many different applications of manipulation, machining, guiding,
testing, control, tracking, haptic force feed-back, etc. A typical parallel robotic
manipulator (PM) consists of a mobile platform connected to the
base (fixed platform) by at least two kinematic chains called limbs. The
mobile platform can achieve between one and three independent translations
(T) and one to three independent rotations (R).
Modern day large power systems are essentially dynamic systems with stringent
requirements of high reliability for the continuous availability of electricity.
Reliability is contingent on the power system retaining stable operation during
steady-state operation and also following disturbances. The subject of power sys-
tem stability has been studied for many decades. With new developments, and there
have been many over the past couple of decades, new concerns and problems arise
that need to be studied and analysed. The objective of this book is a step in that

The point data shapefile consists of 41859 point features from 1996 GDT data, in decimal degrees. The table of zips that can be used in the batch match consists of 38 records, entitled "few_zips.dbf".
