Spikes can be taken as absolute quantities of measuring values which are large than approximately four (expressed as variable [Times_SD] in the program)times of the standard deviation of the time series, and can be removed by repeating 3 times with each time series. When a measuring value with the deviation from the mean larger than four times of the standard deviation, the variable can be taken as NO_VALUE, and the number of spikes is saved into the variable [SpikeNum].
If the variable [Times_SD] is taken as four, many records will be removed, so the variable [Times_SD] can be taken as larger, for example eight.

Application Note Abstract
This Application Note introduces a complete and detailed PSoC® project. Telephone Call Logger keeps the detailed record of
approximately 945 phone calls (7-digit number is assumed to be one phone call) including date, start time and the duration of
the phone call in the PSoC device. Users can get this detailed report into the PC environment by using free software, which is
included in the project file. When records reach near full capacity of the Flash memory, an LED will turn on to show that it is
necessary to backup the data. Software gets the data from PSoC, organizes it and prepares a printable version. Additionally, it
sends the date and time information to the PSoC. The external parts in this project can be obtained easily in the market.

Lithium–sulfur batteries are a promising energy-storage technology due to their relatively low cost and high theoretical energy density. However, one of their major technical problems is the shuttling of soluble polysulfides between electrodes, resulting in rapid capacity fading. Here, we present a metal–organic framework (MOF)-based battery separator to mitigate the shuttling problem. We show that the MOF-based separator acts as an ionic sieve in lithium–sulfur batteries, which selectively sieves Li+ ions while e ciently suppressing undesired polysulfides migrating to the anode side. When a sulfur-containing mesoporous carbon material (approximately 70 wt% sulfur content) is used as a cathode composite without elaborate synthesis or surface modification, a lithium–sulfur battery with a MOF-based separator exhibits a low capacity decay rate (0.019% per cycle over 1,500 cycles). Moreover, there is almost no capacity fading after the initial 100 cycles. Our approach demonstrates the potential for MOF-based materials as separators for energy-storage applications.
Changes in telecommunications are impacting all types of user
group, which include business users, traveling users, small and
home offices, and residential users. The acceptance rate of telecom-
munications and information services is accelerating significantly.
Voice services needed approximately 50 years to reach a very high
teledensity; television needed just 15 years to change the culture
and lives of many families; the Internet and its related services have
been penetrating and changing business practices and private com-
munications over the last 2 to 3 years.
Having dealt with in-depth analysis of SS#7, GSM and GPRS networks I started to monitor
UTRAN interfaces approximately four years ago. Monitoring interfaces means decoding
the data captured on the links and analysing how the different data segments and messages
are related to each other. In general I wanted to trace all messages belonging to a single
call to prove if the network elements and protocol entities involved worked fine or if there
had been failures or if any kind of suspicious events had influenced the normal call
proceeding or the call’s quality of service. Cases showing normal network behaviour have
been documented in Kreher and Ruedebusch (UMTS Signaling. John Wiley & Sons, Ltd,
2005), which provides examples for technical experts investigating call flows and network
procedures.
