The prototyping area has padsfor Dip-8, S8, MS8, or S6 packages with breadboarding connections to each pin and two convenientpower buses and ground bus surrounding theentire area.   • 基于8098單片機的SPWM變頻調速系統

      數字控制的交流調速系統所選用的微處理器、功率器件及產生PWM波的方法是影響交流調速系統性能好壞的直接因素。在介紹了正弦脈寬調制(SPWM)技術的基礎上,設計了一種以8098單片機作為控制器,以智能功率模塊IPM為開關器件的變頻調速系統。通過軟件編程,產生正弦脈沖寬度調制波形來控制絕緣柵雙極晶體管的導通和關斷,從而達到控制異步電動機轉速的目的。實驗結果表明,該系統可調頻率調電壓,穩定度高,調速范圍寬,具有較強的實用價值   Abstract:   AC variable speed with digital control systems used microprocessors, power devices and generate PWM wave is the direct factors of affecting the performance AC speed regulation system. On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology,this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller, intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming, resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off, so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage, high stability, wide speed range, has a strong practical value.

  • LS7266R1在電子式萬能材料試驗機中的應用

    針對材料試驗機等設備中要求測量或控制材料拉伸或壓縮的位移,一般采用光電軸角編碼器檢測位置信號,輸出正交編碼脈沖信號。若采用其他方法檢測位置信號,必然導致電路設計復雜,可靠性降低。因此,提出一種基于LS7266R1的電子式萬能材料試驗機設計方案。給出了試驗機中的控制器工作原理,LS7266R1與單片機的接口硬件設計,以及主程序軟件流程圖。巧妙地把力量傳感器,位移傳感器等機械運動狀態的壓力或拉力以及位置坐標,變成了電壓信號和電脈沖數字信號,供A/D測量和LS7266R1計數,從而實現了獨立完成材料試驗控制或通過PC機串口命令完成材料試驗控制。 Abstract:  Aiming at the requirement that the displacement of the tension and compression always be tested and controlled in the equipement such as material testing machine. The position signal was tested by photoelectric axial angle coder. Therefore, the paper proposes the design of electronic universal testing machine design based on LS7266R1. If the position signal detected by other methods, will inevitably lead to the circuit design complexity, reliability decreased. The work theory of the controller, the hardware interface design between LS7266R1 and single chip, and the flow chart of main program, are presented in this paper. The signal of the compression or tension power and displacement at working, which tested by power sensor and displacement sensor especially, is changed into electric voltage and electric pulse numerical signals. And these signals can be tested by A/D and counted by LS7266R1. Finally the test of the material properties can be controlled by itself, or controlled by the COM command of PC.

  • 基于C8051F系列單片機的無線收發電路設計

    基于幅移鍵控技術ASK(Amplitude-Shift Keying),以C8051F340單片機作為監測終端控制器,C8051F330D單片機作為探測節點控制器,采用半雙工的通信方式,通過監控終端和探測節點的無線收發電路,實現數據的雙向無線傳輸。收發電路采用直徑為0.8 mm的漆包線自行繞制成圓形空心線圈天線,天線直徑為(3.4±0.3)cm。試驗表明,探測節點與監測終端的通信距離為24 cm,通過橋接方式,節點收發功率為102 mW時,節點間的通信距離可達20 cm。與傳統無線收發模塊相比,該無線收發電路在受體積、功耗、成本限制的場合有廣闊的應用前景。 Abstract:  Based on ASK technology and with the C8051F340 and C8051F330D MCU as the controller, using half-duplex communication mode, this paper achieves bi-directional data transfer. Transceiver circuit constituted by enameled wire which diameter is 0.8mm and wound into a diameter (3.4±0.3) cm circular hollow coil antenna. Tests show that the communication distance between detection and monitoring of the terminal is 24cm,the distance is up to 20cm between two nodes when using the manner of bridging and the node transceiver power is 102mW. Compared with the conventional wireless transceiver modules, the circuit has wide application prospect in small size, low cost and low power consumption and other characteristics.

    Abstract: This application note discusses a design for a phantom antenna power-supply system compatible with theDigital Satellite Equipment Control (DiSEqC) communication standard, using the MAX16948 automotive dual, highvoltageLDO/switch. The presented application circuit provides a remote antenna power supply and also enables onewaycommunication from the radio head unit to the remote antenna. This system architecture offers flexibility inDiSEqC tone-burst frequency choice (100Hz to 30kHz), enabling users the ability to select the best frequency for theirapplication.

     通過比較各種隔離數字通信的特點和應用范圍,指出塑料光纖在隔離數字通信中的優勢。使用已經標準化的TOSLINK接口,有利于節省硬件開發成本和簡化設計難度。給出了塑料光纖的硬件驅動電路,說明設計過程中的注意事項,對光收發模塊的電壓特性和頻率特性進行全面試驗,并給出SPI口使用塑料光纖隔離通信的典型應用電路圖。試驗結果表明,該設計可為電力現場、電力電子及儀器儀表的設計提供參考。 Abstract:  y comparing characteristics and applications area of various isolated digital communications, this article indicates advantages of plastic optical fiber in isolated digital communications. Using the standardized TOSLINK interface, it helps to control costs and difficulty in hardware development and design. Then it gives the hardware driver circuit of plastic optical fiber module, explains the noticed details in design process, gives results on the basis of the optical transceiver module voltage characteristics and frequency characteristics tests. Finally,it gives typical application circuit of the SPI communication port by using plastic optical fiber isolation .The results show that this design can be referenced for the power field, power electronics and instrumentation design.

  • 基于ARM的遠程無線視頻監控終端設計

    提出了一種以ARM微處理器為控制核心的遠程無線視頻監控終端的設計方案,其監控終端的硬件設計包括視頻采集處理、中央管理控制、無線傳輸3個模塊。并給出了監控終端的軟件開發平臺和開發模式的系統啟動代碼、嵌入式Linux系統移植以及驅動程序和應用程序。測試結果表明,該監控終端設計方案合理、有效,基本滿足監控需求。 Abstract:  A remote wireless video monitoring terminal design, which uses ARM microprocessor as its core control, is proposed in this paper.The hardware design of monitoring terminal system is composed of the video acquisition and processing module, the central management and control module, wireless transmission module.Meanwhile the monitoring terminal-s software development platform and development patterns are designed. Also the design of the system-s start codes, embedded Linux system-s transplantation process, driver and the corresponding applications are given. The results showed that the monitoring terminal design is reasonable, effective, basically meet monitoring requirements.
