Support for algorithms that use external dictionaries/headers.
Utility classes and sample code for bitio, frequency counting, etc.
A new cable fault location method based on
wavelet reconstruction is proposed. In this method the
difference between the currents of faulty phase and sound
phase under the high voltage pulse excitation is used as the
measured signal and is decomposed in multi-scale by wavelet
transform, then reconstructed in single scale. comparing with
traditional fault location method by travelling wave, the
presented method will not be interfered by the reflected wave
from the branch joint of cables or from other positions where
the impedances are not matched and not be influenced by fault
types, otherwise, the reflected waves can be recognized even
the faulty position is near to the measuring terminal, at the
same time, the influence of the wave speed uncertainty can be
reduced. The correctness of the proposed method is proved by
simulation results.
基于OFDM的無線寬帶系統仿真It contains mainly two parts, i.e. link-level simulator and system-level simulator.
Link-level simulator focus on a single-cell single-user scenario, where signal is transmitted from tx, and estimated at rx. comparing the difference in tx/rx signal, the error rate can be found out. The output of the link-level simulator is the BLER/BER vs. SNR mapping table, that can be used for the system-level simulation.
System-level simulator focus on a multi-cell multi-user scenario. For the sake of simplicity, it takes the mapping table aquired in the link-level simulation, measure the actural SNR, and finds the corresponding error rate.
The CoinUtils project is a collection of open-source utilities developed and used by a variety of other projects in the COIN-OR repository. The project includes classes for storing and manipulating sparse matrices and vectors, performing matrix factorization, parsing input files in standard formats, building representations of mathematical programs, comparing floating point numbers with a tolerance, performing simple presolve operations, and warm starting algorithms for mathematical programs, among others.
This paper presents a novel technique to increase
the quality of medical images based on Histogram
Equalization. In the proposed method first we have
applied a noise reduction method and then we apply
some suitable preprocessing on histogram of the
medical images and after that histogram equalization
has been applied on the new histogram. Our proposed
method in despite of its simplicity has better results in
compare to other usual methods based on histogram
equalization. The quality of resulted images after
applying our proposed methods has been tested on a
database (medical images) with a confirmed criterion
by viewer. Also we have considered a mathematical
criterion for comparing our proposed algorithm with
other available methods for contrast enhancement.
Results show the better efficiency of the proposed
method.
Version Viewer Plug-in for Beyond Compare
version 2.2.1, released 7-August-2007
by Scooter Software
Abstract
--------
Version Viewer is a Beyond Compare plug-in for comparing version
information in file types such as .exe, .sys, .dll, .ocx, .386,
.scr, .drv, .vxd and .bcp.
A java application - processing which can be downloaded free from processing.org
Here it uses a free library - OpenCV - made by intel. .. to convert all the pixels in an image - in fact in a movie - a capture from the webcam. If the color of a pixel is "higher" comparing to a threshold it turns black - otherwise it becomes white.
