In this paper, two types of MMIC voltage controlled oscillators have been successfully demonstrated. The first chip with single tuning diode shows the excellent tuning linearity. The second chip with two tuning diodes can improve the tuning bandwidth.

The easiest way to stepdown these sources is with a high voltage monolithicstep-down regulator that can directly accept a wide inputrange and produce a well-regulated output. The LT®3493accepts inputs from 3.6V to 36V and LT3481 acceptsinputs from 3.6V to 34V. Both provide excellent lineand load regulation and dynamic response. The LT3481offers a high effi ciency solution over a wide load range andkeeps the output ripple low during Burst Mode® operationwhile the LT3493 provides a tiny solution with minimalexternal components. The LT3493 operates at 750kHzand the LT3481 has adjustable frequency from 300kHzto 2.8MHz. High frequency operation enables the use ofsmall, low cost inductors and ceramic capacitors.

It is important that the DC/DC convertersin portable devices operate over the widest possiblebattery voltage range to extend battery run time, and thussave the user from frequent battery replacement.
The LTC®3569 is a compact power solution for handhelddevices. Its tiny 3mm × 3mm QFN package includesthree buck regulators with individually programmableoutput voltages. One regulator supports load currentsup to 1200mA, while the other two support currents to600mA. Two regulators can be paralleled for increasedload capability. Each current-mode regulator is internallycompensated with excellent load and line regulation. Acomplete 2- or 3-output solution requires a minimumof external passive components.

The dsPIC33F microprocessor has a plentiful interior resource which contains multi-channel，high precision A/D converters，multi-communication module，watchdog，CMOS Flash technology，and so on.All data manipulations is accomplished interiorly.What is more，it makes the technology that bus does not go beyond the chip comes into practice.The paper put forwards a design scheme based on dsPIC33F microprocessor.The scheme has the advantages of simple structure，high reliability and shortened exploitation cycle.What is more，it has definite practicality and reference.The microcomputer protection device has been put into operation with excellent effects.
MMC/SD卡以其優(yōu)越的性能，在單片機嵌入式設(shè)備中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。將MMC/SD卡作為外部掉電存儲介質(zhì)應(yīng)用于音頻信號發(fā)生器中，通過8051F330單片機上的SPI接口，實現(xiàn)單片機—MMC/SD卡的存儲擴展，設(shè)計了此硬件平臺上的MMC/SD卡的單片機驅(qū)動程序，并給出了相應(yīng)的程序代碼，滿足音頻信號發(fā)生器的大容量存儲要求。
Abstract:
MMC/SD card is more and more widely used in the single chip embedded devices for their excellent performances.This article introduces the application of MMC/SD card as the external power down storage medium in audio signal generator. The extension technology especially for storage of single chip-MMC/SD card via SPI interfaces in 8051F330 single chip, including designs single chip drive program of MMC/SD card based on hardware platform,and also gives the key coding of the program. The implementation of big capacity storage is meaningful in audio signal generator.
