This m-file displays the time waveform for the Gaussian pulse function and the first and second derivatives of the Gaussian pulse function for a 0.5 nanosecond pulse width. Other values of pulse widths may be used by changing fs,t,t1. The program uses the actual first and second derivative equations for the Gaussian pulse waveforms. The first derivative is considered to be the monocycle or monopulse as discussed in most papers. The second derivative is the waveform generated from a dipole antenna used in a UWB system. Other information is contained in the file.

This m file analyzes a coherent binary phase shift keyed(BPSK) and a amplitude shift keyed(ASK) communication system. The receiver uses a correlator(mixer-integrator[LPF]) configuration with BER measurements comparing measured and theoretical results. This a GUI based system. The GUI is invoked from the command line by typing "ui_start". The GUI is self explanatory. Tool tips are given in blue color. The cursor needs to be positioned on these for detailed explanation. The main file is "runsim.m". In these simulations the SISO option is not explicitly given. This a simple database management system. It doesn t use any other code (i.e. ODBC, ADO, etc.) and has it s own database file format. I wrote it because I found the other DBMSs code too bulky and hard to debug. It s designed for small applications and I doubt it could handle anything on a large scale. A sample program included in the .zip shows how everything works. The database project is a library project, so you ll have to compile and link with the .lib file to get everything working. Pros: - You have the source code so you know exactly what it is doing - Database files are very small - Small and fast code Cons: - Can t handle large amounts of records (more than 65000ish) - Doesn t support SQL (you have to search the database by cycling through the records and testing them against your constraints) - Each database file can only have one table.

This document accompanies a sample co-installer that can be used in conjunction with an INF file to install additional device INF files on the target system during a device installation. The instructions herein apply to the Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 operating systems. The sample co-installer described in this article interprets CopyINF directives in a [DDInstall] section in an INF file. The sample demonstrates using a co-installer to perform processing after a device has been installed, parsing the INF section that is being used for the installation, and the use of the SetupCopyOEMInf, SetupGetInfInformation, SetupQueryInfOriginalFileInformation and SetupDiGetActualSectionToInstall APIs.
