  • 基于8098單片機(jī)的SPWM變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)

      數(shù)字控制的交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)所選用的微處理器、功率器件及產(chǎn)生PWM波的方法是影響交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)性能好壞的直接因素。在介紹了正弦脈寬調(diào)制(SPWM)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一種以8098單片機(jī)作為控制器,以智能功率模塊IPM為開關(guān)器件的變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。通過軟件編程,產(chǎn)生正弦脈沖寬度調(diào)制波形來控制絕緣柵雙極晶體管的導(dǎo)通和關(guān)斷,從而達(dá)到控制異步電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的目的。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可調(diào)頻率調(diào)電壓,穩(wěn)定度高,調(diào)速范圍寬,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值   Abstract:   AC variable speed with digital control systems used microprocessors, power devices and generate PWM wave is the direct factors of affecting the performance AC speed regulation system. On the basis of introducing the sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology,this paper designed variable speed system which used 8098 as a controller, intelligent power module IPM as switching device. Through software programming, resulting in sinusoidal pulse width modulation waveform to control the insulated gate bipolar transistor turn on and off, so as to achieve the purpose of speed control of induction motors. Experimental results show that the system can adjust frequency modulation voltage, high stability, wide speed range, has a strong practical value.

  • MAXX9257 MAX9258芯片可編程SerDes持續(xù)時(shí)間計(jì)算

    The MAX9257/MAX9258 programmable serializer/deserializer (SerDes) devices transfer both video data and control signals over the same twisted-pair cable. However, control data can only be transmitted during the vertical blank time, which is indicated by the control-channel-enabled output (CCEN) signal. The electronic control unit (ECU) firmware designer needs to know how quickly to respond to the CCEN signal before it times out and how to calculate this duration. This application note describes how to calculate the duration of the CCEN for the MAX9257/MAX9258 SerDes chipset. The calculation is based on STO timeout, clock frequency, and UART bit timing. The CCEN duration is programmable and can be closed if not in use.

  • 基于PIC18F1320微控制器的信號(hào)采集系統(tǒng)

      便攜式信號(hào)采集在機(jī)器健康診斷系統(tǒng)中有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。機(jī)器健康診斷的信號(hào)特點(diǎn)是包括低頻信號(hào)。本文研究是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)簡易而且低成本的低頻便攜式信號(hào)采集。以Microchip公司單片機(jī)PIC18F1320為核心設(shè)計(jì)信號(hào)采集電路,實(shí)現(xiàn)了信號(hào)的采集和保存。系統(tǒng)采用串行電可擦除芯片24LC32A保存數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過有線通信,信號(hào)數(shù)據(jù)由串行口通過MAX232芯片輸送到微型計(jì)算機(jī)接收和保存,最后繪制出信號(hào)波形。 微型計(jì)算機(jī)程序采用Visual Basic編程。研究成功采樣頻率為3 kHz的復(fù)雜信號(hào),證明該方案符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。   Abstract:   Portable signal acquisition is useful in machine health monitoring systems. The signal characteristics of machine health monitoring includes low frequency signals. The goal of this study is to realize simple, inexpensive and portable low frequency signal sampling. This paper provides the project of signal acquisition system design based on PIC18F1320 microcontroller manufactured by the Microchip Technology Incorporation to achieve signal sampling and storage. The system adopted EEPROM 24LC32A to store the signal data. The microcomputer received data via wired link with the MAX232 IC through the serial port. The microcomputer program, programmed in Visual Basic, received the data, stored it and plotted the signal. The study successfully samples 3kHz complicated signals and thus meets the design requirement.

      為了使音頻信號(hào)分析儀小巧可靠,成本低廉,設(shè)計(jì)了以2片MSP430F1611單片機(jī)為核心的系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)將音頻信號(hào)送入八階巴特沃茲低通濾波器,對(duì)信號(hào)進(jìn)行限幅放大、衰減、電平位移、緩沖,并利用一單片機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)前級(jí)處理后的模擬信號(hào)進(jìn)行采樣,將采集得到的音頻信號(hào)進(jìn)行4 096點(diǎn)基2的FFT計(jì)算,并對(duì)信號(hào)加窗函數(shù)提高分辨率,另一單片機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)信號(hào)的分析及控制顯示設(shè)備。此設(shè)計(jì)精確的測(cè)量了音頻信號(hào)的功率譜、周期性、失真度指標(biāo),達(dá)到較高的頻率分辨率,并能將測(cè)量結(jié)果通過紅外遙控器顯示在液晶屏上。   Abstract:   o make the audio signal analyzer cheaper, smaller and more reliable, this system sends the audio signal to the eight-order butterworth filter, and then amplifies, attenuates, buffers it in a limiting range, transfers the voltage level of the signal before utilizing two MSP430F1611 MCU to realize the audio analysis. One is charged for sampling and dealing with the processed audio signal collected by the 4096 point radix-2 FFT calculation and imposes the window function to improve the frequency resolution. The other one controls the display and realizes the spectrum, periodicity, power distortion analysis in high resolution which is displayed in the LCD screen through the infrared remote control.

    針對(duì)目前汽車追尾事件頻發(fā)問題,提出一種防汽車車前和車后追尾的安全裝置設(shè)計(jì)。該設(shè)計(jì)以高性能、低功耗的8位AVR微處理器ATmega8L為核心,結(jié)合霍爾式車速傳感器、激光雷達(dá)測(cè)距裝置和MMA7260QT加速度傳感器,能夠兼顧車前和車后,摒棄以往設(shè)計(jì)中只考慮車前或車后單一性缺點(diǎn),尤其適用于高速、夜晚或新手行車。 Abstract:  Aiming at the high frequency of vehicle rear-end collision,a safe device design of anti-vehicle rear-end collision is presented.In the design,the high-performance,low-power8-bit AVR microprocessor ATmega8L is utilized as a core combined with Hall-type speed sensor,laser-radar ranging devices and the acceleration sensor MMA7260QT.The design considers both the front and back of a car,and overcomes the drawbacks of former designs in which only the front or the back of the car is considered,so it is especially suitable for high-speed,night or the beginner’s driving.

    該系統(tǒng)由單片機(jī)89S52控制模塊,程控寬帶放大模塊,整形模塊,F(xiàn)PGA內(nèi)頻率、相位差測(cè)量模塊等構(gòu)成,采用等精度測(cè)頻法測(cè)出頻率和周期,可測(cè)量有效值為0.01~5V,頻率范圍1Hz~20MHz信號(hào)的頻率、周期信號(hào),精度高達(dá)10-6。采用計(jì)數(shù)法測(cè)量相位差,該系統(tǒng)可測(cè)量有效值0.5~5V,頻率10Hz~100kHz信號(hào)的相位差,精度為1°。系統(tǒng)功能由按鍵控制,測(cè)量結(jié)果實(shí)時(shí)顯示,人機(jī)界面友好。 Abstract:  The system consists of the following functional blocks:89S52microcontroller controlling module,programmable amplifier module,comparator module,frequency and phase difference testing module in the FPGA.The system use the equal accuracy frequency-examining technique it measures frequency and circle of signal which its ranges is from1Hz to20MHz and the amplitude of which its range is from0.01Vrms to5Vrms,precision is up to10-6.Using of count method,the system detects the phase difference of signal,the amplitude of whic its range is from0.5Vrms to5Vrms and the frequency of which its ranges is from10Hz to100kHz,precision is up to1°,The system functions is controlled by certain keys,measurement results are displayed in real-time and it is friendly interface.

    介紹了當(dāng)前普通標(biāo)記機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀及其存在缺點(diǎn),給出氣動(dòng)標(biāo)記機(jī)及相頻修正PWM模式的工作原理。采用ATmega16單片機(jī)和USB轉(zhuǎn)換RS232接口器件CH341T實(shí)現(xiàn)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)與PC的實(shí)時(shí)通訊,標(biāo)記控制系統(tǒng)可升級(jí)到USB接口。采用基于ATmega16的相頻修正PWM替換555振蕩電路產(chǎn)生的PWM,可直接通過軟件調(diào)整PWM信號(hào)。使用達(dá)林頓三極管TIP122替代直流繼電器驅(qū)動(dòng)高頻電磁閥,使得電磁閥驅(qū)動(dòng)電路簡單,成本低廉。該控制系統(tǒng)已成功應(yīng)用于氣動(dòng)標(biāo)記機(jī)。 Abstract:  In this paper,the actuality and demerit of the common gas marking machine control systems are described.The operation principle of the gas marking machine and the phase and frequency correct PWM of ATmega16is introduced.The real-time communication between the driving control system and PC by CH341T which its function is translated USB to RS232is realized,the control systems is updated grade to USB interface.The PWM signal can be adjustable by software for the555surge circuit was substituted by the phase and frequency.The high frequency electromagnetic value’s driving circuit by DC relay is replaced by TIP122,therefore,the circuit is become simple and the cost cheap.The control systems has been widely used in gas marking machine.
