數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器dsPIC33F集多通道高精度A/D轉(zhuǎn)換、多通訊模式、看門狗、CMOS Flash技術(shù)等于一體，其內(nèi)部可完成所有數(shù)據(jù)操作，實(shí)現(xiàn)總線不出芯片技術(shù)。將該處理器應(yīng)用于微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置，提出基于dsPIC33F微處理器的微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)方案，給出相應(yīng)的接口電路與軟件流程。該設(shè)計(jì)方案結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，性價(jià)比及可靠性高，開發(fā)周期短，具有一定的實(shí)用推廣價(jià)值。所研制的微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行效果良好。
Abstract:
The dsPIC33F microprocessor has a plentiful interior resource which contains multi-channel，high precision A/D converters，multi-communication module，watchdog，CMOS Flash technology，and so on.All data manipulations is accomplished interiorly.What is more，it makes the technology that bus does not go beyond the chip comes into practice.The paper put forwards a design scheme based on dsPIC33F microprocessor.The scheme has the advantages of simple structure，high reliability and shortened exploitation cycle.What is more，it has definite practicality and reference.The microcomputer protection device has been put into operation with excellent effects.
介紹了當(dāng)前普通標(biāo)記機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀及其存在缺點(diǎn)，給出氣動(dòng)標(biāo)記機(jī)及相頻修正PWM模式的工作原理。采用ATmega16單片機(jī)和USB轉(zhuǎn)換RS232接口器件CH341T實(shí)現(xiàn)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)與PC的實(shí)時(shí)通訊，標(biāo)記控制系統(tǒng)可升級(jí)到USB接口。采用基于ATmega16的相頻修正PWM替換555振蕩電路產(chǎn)生的PWM，可直接通過(guò)軟件調(diào)整PWM信號(hào)。使用達(dá)林頓三極管TIP122替代直流繼電器驅(qū)動(dòng)高頻電磁閥，使得電磁閥驅(qū)動(dòng)電路簡(jiǎn)單，成本低廉。該控制系統(tǒng)已成功應(yīng)用于氣動(dòng)標(biāo)記機(jī)。
Abstract:
In this paper,the actuality and demerit of the common gas marking machine control systems are described.The operation principle of the gas marking machine and the phase and frequency correct PWM of ATmega16is introduced.The real-time communication between the driving control system and PC by CH341T which its function is translated USB to RS232is realized,the control systems is updated grade to USB interface.The PWM signal can be adjustable by software for the555surge circuit was substituted by the phase and frequency.The high frequency electromagnetic value’s driving circuit by DC relay is replaced by TIP122,therefore,the circuit is become simple and the cost cheap.The control systems has been widely used in gas marking machine.

In this paper,a top PC and AT89C52 under-bit microcontrollers from the main component of the tour distributed temperature detection system is presented. Master and slave can use RS-485 serial communication standards for communications.Based on next-bit machine for basic goods temperature detected data Tour, the top can achieve the integrated treatment of PC functions or for the expansion of long-distance operation. When the automotive engine is started, the engine start motor and flywheel gear may be damaged， even traffic accidents and personal safeties may be caused by wrong operation or other factors.In order to ensure the automotive engine can be started normally and safely,it is necessary that the protecting measures and methods are considered in the automotive electrical control system.This paper introduces a kind of the automotive engine starting protect controller based on NXP P89LPC901 MCU.The controller can protect the engine starting process by detecting the starter key switch,transmission stall and engine speed.Through the use of close and open load system,the controller can solve the impact on automotive power because of the high-current load in the process of the automobile engine starting, and extend battery life.

The characters of the intelligent battery data logging system of the electric operation power are introduced.The basic design principle and the implemented methods of the special equipment which only designed for the middle or small transformer substation based on MSP430F149 are prescribed. Finally, the hardware block diagram and the software flow chart are also given. The function that the system finally needs to realize can basically meet with the middle or small transformer substation’s satisfy, reliably,and automatic running.And it can also realize the transformer substation long-distance management and control by serial communicating with the host computer.

Abstract:
In order to reduce cost and resolve the interferential problem with PC in existing patch clamp amplifiers, a small patch clamp amplifier system design based on microcontroller is studied. It adopts a new high performance microconverter ADuC841 by the ADI as the control core in the system, configuring a liquid crystal module LCM3202401. In the analog circuit, AD8627 with high input impedance is used to detect the low current，signal magnification, as well as resistance and capacitance compensation are accomplished by subsequent circuits. It has the advantage of simple hardware circuit design, small volume and convenient operation. It can either be used as an independent system to measure and show signal detected or transmit to PC by infrared ray.

Abstract:
Currently， many mechanical security testing machines have only one function. The degree of automation of them is low. To solve those problems， a new kind of mechanical security testing machine， using ATmega128 micro-controller as its core controller， has been advanced. It describes the components of the machine. The principles and the scheme in the designing processes are presented in detail， and the software architecture and the operation processes of each part are given. After having done many testing， we have reached the following conclusions: the mechanical security testing machine presented can do over ten mechanical security tests complying with related national standards. It has high data acquisition accuracy and high transmission speed. The operation of the machine is simple and safe. In general， this machine is a multi-functional， highly automatic， digitalized security testing device.
