  • 基于ARM的GPS定位系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

    當(dāng)前全球定位系統(tǒng)(Navigation Satellite Timing And Ranging Global position System,簡(jiǎn)稱GPS)廣泛應(yīng)用于艦船導(dǎo)航,航空航天,地理測(cè)繪等領(lǐng)域,特別是移動(dòng)式定位系統(tǒng)對(duì)于目前的城市交通管理有著非常重要的意義。本文分析了當(dāng)前交通管理中的實(shí)際問題,介紹了一種車載終端的設(shè)計(jì)方法。設(shè)計(jì)采用ARM9內(nèi)核的S3C2410微處理器構(gòu)造的嵌入式系統(tǒng),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)GPS定位信息的接受和處理,并采用嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng),結(jié)合開放式Linux圖形軟件Qt,可以為后續(xù)的建立地理信息系統(tǒng)(Geographic information system,簡(jiǎn)稱GIS)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,是集GPS全球衛(wèi)星定位系統(tǒng)和通用分組無(wú)線業(yè)務(wù)(General Packet Radio Service,簡(jiǎn)稱GPRS)無(wú)線通信技術(shù)于一體的新型電子產(chǎn)品。它為現(xiàn)代交通運(yùn)輸提供了新穎,可靠,有效的控制和管理途徑。 車載終端通過將GPS模塊的定位信息提取出來(lái),一方面將定位信息在車載終端上顯示,一方面又結(jié)合車輛的狀態(tài)信息通過GPRS模塊發(fā)送出去,該信息通過無(wú)線公共網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸給車輛管理部門。車輛管理部門根據(jù)車輛的位置和狀態(tài)等,結(jié)合GIS系統(tǒng)中的地圖信息提供GPS數(shù)據(jù)的差分修正,并采取一定的措施,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛的有效管理。 本設(shè)計(jì)從硬件和軟件兩大部分出發(fā),硬件上設(shè)計(jì)了ARM處理器、存儲(chǔ)器、內(nèi)存及其外圍電路,另外還有GPS模塊電路和GPRS模塊電路;軟件上采用Qt的人機(jī)界面完成數(shù)據(jù)顯示與更新,采用PPP撥號(hào)腳本完成GPRS模塊的撥號(hào),通過Qt多線程編程的方法完成GPS數(shù)據(jù)的提取和GPRS的信息發(fā)送。在硬件和軟件之間采用了嵌入式Linux系統(tǒng),包括啟動(dòng)代碼、內(nèi)核和文件系統(tǒng)等。

    本文:采用了FPGA方法來(lái)模擬高動(dòng)態(tài)(Global position System GPS)信號(hào)源中的C/A碼產(chǎn)生器。C/A碼在GPS中實(shí)現(xiàn)分址、衛(wèi)星信號(hào)粗捕和精碼(P碼)引導(dǎo)捕獲起著重要的作用,通過硬件描述語(yǔ)言VERILOG在ISE中實(shí)現(xiàn)電路生成,采用MODELSIM、SYNPLIFY工具分別進(jìn)行仿真和綜合。

    The purpose of this application note is to show an example of how a digital potentiometer can be used in thefeedback loop of a step-up DC-DC converter to provide calibration and/or adjustment of the output voltage.The example circuit uses a MAX5025 step-up DC-DC converter (capable of generating up to 36V,120mWmax) in conjunction with a DS1845, 256 position, NV digital potentiometer. For this example, the desiredoutput voltage is 32V, which is generated from an input supply of 5V. The output voltage can be adjusted in35mV increments (near 32V) and span a range wide enough to account for resistance, potentiometer and DCDCconverter tolerances (27.6V to 36.7V).

      針對(duì)科研實(shí)驗(yàn)中對(duì)拉壓千斤頂加載過程控制的需要,采用ATmega128單片機(jī)控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的電動(dòng)泵站實(shí)行自動(dòng)控制。對(duì)力和位移的數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理及用步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制電動(dòng)泵站手柄的技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)作了重點(diǎn)描述。通過單片機(jī)的A/D變換器對(duì)AMP放大模塊采集的電橋信號(hào)作量化處理,千斤頂?shù)牟倏厥直恢靡离妱?dòng)油泵閥門開啟的方向和大小作若干定位,單片機(jī)根據(jù)力或位移傳感器信號(hào),實(shí)時(shí)控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)手柄旋轉(zhuǎn)到相應(yīng)操控位置。   Abstract:   This article describes the use of ATmega128 AVR microcontroller series of DBS electric pumping stations and QF100/200 separate twoway hydraulic jack to automate the process of manipulating the work of the technical content. Articles on force and displacement data acquisition and processing, and stepper motor control electric pump with the handle of the key technical details were described. Through the MCU’s A / D converter module is collected on the AMP amplification quantify the signal bridge, jack handle position control valve opening according to the direction of electric pumps for a number of positioning and size of the microcontroller based on force or displacement sensor signals, real-time control stepper motor drive control handle rotate to the appropriate location.

  • 基于單片機(jī)的數(shù)字化B超鍵盤設(shè)計(jì)

    針對(duì)目前使用的RS232接口數(shù)字化B超鍵盤存在PC主機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)不能設(shè)置BIOS,提出一種PS2鍵盤的設(shè)計(jì)方法。基于W78E052D單片機(jī),采用8通道串行A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器設(shè)計(jì)了8個(gè)TGC電位器信息采集電路,電位器位置信息以鍵盤掃描碼序列形式發(fā)送,正交編碼器信號(hào)通過XC9536XL轉(zhuǎn)換為單片機(jī)可接收的中斷信號(hào),軟件接收到中斷信息后等效處理成按鍵。結(jié)果表明,在滿足開機(jī)可設(shè)置BIOS同時(shí),又可實(shí)現(xiàn)超聲特有功能,不需要專門設(shè)計(jì)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序,接口簡(jiǎn)單,成本低。 Abstract:  Aiming at the problem of the digital ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system keyboard with RS232 interface currently used couldn?蒺t set the BIOS when the PC boot, this paper proposed a design method of PS2 keyboards. Based on W78E052D microcontroller,designed eight TGC potentiometers information acquisition circuit with 8-channel serial A/D converter, potentiometer position information sent out with keyboard scan code sequentially.The control circuit based on XC9536 CPLD is used for converting the mechanical actions of the encoders into the signals that can be identified by the MCU, software received interrupt information and equivalently treatmented as key. The results show that the BIOS can be set to meet the boot, ultrasound specific functionality can be achieved at the same time, it does not require specially designed driver,the interface is simple and low cost.

    為提高太陽(yáng)能的利用率,以ATmega8單片機(jī)為控制核心,設(shè)計(jì)了一套光電跟蹤與視日運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡跟蹤互補(bǔ)控制的雙軸太陽(yáng)跟蹤器。該跟蹤器在晴天時(shí),利用光敏電阻采集光強(qiáng)判斷太陽(yáng)位置,控制步進(jìn)電機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)光電跟蹤;在陰天時(shí),采集時(shí)鐘器件PCF8583的時(shí)間信息,計(jì)算當(dāng)前太陽(yáng)位置來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)視日運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡跟蹤。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:該太陽(yáng)跟蹤器能在不同天氣狀況下對(duì)太陽(yáng)進(jìn)行較準(zhǔn)確地跟蹤,能量接收效率提高了30%,達(dá)到充分利用太陽(yáng)能的目的。 Abstract:  To improve the utilization rate of solar energy,a kind of solar tracking controller which effectively combined the sun angle tracking and photo electric tracking based on ATmega8is designed.In the sunny days,the solar tracking con-troller determines the sun's position by using photosensitive resistances to collect light intensity and control stepper motors to achieve photo electric tracking,n cloudy days,it collects clock chip PCF8583time information to calculate the current position of the sun and achieve the sun angle tracking.Experimental results show the solar tracking controller accurately tracks the sun in different weather conditions,improves received energy efficiency by30%and reaches the purpose of full use of solar energy.

  • LS7266R1在電子式萬(wàn)能材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)中的應(yīng)用

    針對(duì)材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)等設(shè)備中要求測(cè)量或控制材料拉伸或壓縮的位移,一般采用光電軸角編碼器檢測(cè)位置信號(hào),輸出正交編碼脈沖信號(hào)。若采用其他方法檢測(cè)位置信號(hào),必然導(dǎo)致電路設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜,可靠性降低。因此,提出一種基于LS7266R1的電子式萬(wàn)能材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案。給出了試驗(yàn)機(jī)中的控制器工作原理,LS7266R1與單片機(jī)的接口硬件設(shè)計(jì),以及主程序軟件流程圖。巧妙地把力量傳感器,位移傳感器等機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)的壓力或拉力以及位置坐標(biāo),變成了電壓信號(hào)和電脈沖數(shù)字信號(hào),供A/D測(cè)量和LS7266R1計(jì)數(shù),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了獨(dú)立完成材料試驗(yàn)控制或通過PC機(jī)串口命令完成材料試驗(yàn)控制。 Abstract:  Aiming at the requirement that the displacement of the tension and compression always be tested and controlled in the equipement such as material testing machine. The position signal was tested by photoelectric axial angle coder. Therefore, the paper proposes the design of electronic universal testing machine design based on LS7266R1. If the position signal detected by other methods, will inevitably lead to the circuit design complexity, reliability decreased. The work theory of the controller, the hardware interface design between LS7266R1 and single chip, and the flow chart of main program, are presented in this paper. The signal of the compression or tension power and displacement at working, which tested by power sensor and displacement sensor especially, is changed into electric voltage and electric pulse numerical signals. And these signals can be tested by A/D and counted by LS7266R1. Finally the test of the material properties can be controlled by itself, or controlled by the COM command of PC.
