As a result， the bus station stop announcement systems reported 99% accuracy rate， price of similar products declined by 300% or more， system of simple structure， improve the anti-jamming and stability of the power system， it is also portable.

The hardware and software configuration of test instrument are provided.The hardware of the system is simple, and can be easily realized.The stability and precision of the measurement instrument are enough to meet the requirements.

The central control system can complete the motion control of the level of weapons and equipment， rotation direction， to achieve a state of static or moving objects on the target ranging， auto-targeting and according to the established target and the projectile and the launch of the security performance testing and other functions. Through the development of appropriate software and to carry out system testing to verify the stability of this design and operation.

Abstract: While many questions still surround the creation and deployment of the smart grid, the need for a reliablecommunications infrastructure is indisputable. In particular,reference noise often sets stable resolution limits.Reference voltages have decreased with the continuingdrop in system power supply voltages, making referencenoise increasingly important.
