  • 基于單總線式無線溫度采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

    為提高溫度測(cè)量效率,降低系統(tǒng)的成本,擴(kuò)展傳輸距離,設(shè)計(jì)出一種新型溫度采集系統(tǒng)。單片機(jī)通過控制具有單總線方式的溫度傳感器DS18B20實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)溫度的測(cè)量,同時(shí)單片機(jī)通過控制具有單總線方式300~450MHz頻率范圍內(nèi)的MAX7044與MAX7033無線發(fā)射與接收芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度數(shù)據(jù)的無線傳輸。與傳統(tǒng)溫度采集系統(tǒng)相比,該系統(tǒng)利用單總線方式連接,采用無線傳輸方式實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離通信,易于系統(tǒng)的集成與擴(kuò)展。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、方便移植,能夠同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)多達(dá)上百點(diǎn)溫度的測(cè)量與500m范圍的傳輸。 Abstract:  To improve the temperature measurement efficiency and reduce system cost,expansion of transmission distance,a new type of temperature acquisition system is designed.Microcontroller controlled temperature sensor DS18B20which has a single-bus achieves temperature measurement,while microcontroller by controlled the MAX7044and MAX7033chip with a single-bus and having300~450MHz radiofrequency to achieve the wireless transmission of temperature data.Compared with conventional temperature acquisition system,the system uses single-bus connected,and uses wireless transmission means to achieve long-distance communications,easy-to-system integration and expansion.The experimental results show that the system is simple,convenient transplantation,and can be implemented in as many as a hundred-point temperature measure-ment and the transmission range of500meters.

    首先研究CAN總線和SAE J1939協(xié)議,提出一種基于MC9S12HZ256微控制器的總線式汽車數(shù)字儀表解決方案。詳細(xì)介紹SAE J1939協(xié)議的報(bào)文幀格式及應(yīng)用層協(xié)議中發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)相關(guān)參數(shù)的定義,以及步進(jìn)電機(jī)及其驅(qū)動(dòng)和車速信號(hào)的處理方法。該數(shù)字儀表系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)由微處理器和信號(hào)采集和信息處理及顯示等模塊組成。軟件設(shè)計(jì)部分編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)CAN總線和各傳感器數(shù)據(jù)的讀取、處理。該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r(shí)反映車輛工況。 Abstract:  In this paper,CAN bus and SAE J1939protocol are researched,and a vehicle digital instrument solution based on MC9S12HZ256MCU is proposed.The message frame format and some engine-related parameters’definition in SAE J1939application layer protocol are introduced in detail.Stepper motor and its driver,the methods of speed signal process-ing are also introduced.The hardware platform of vehicle digital instrument is composed by MCU,signal acquisition mod-ule,and signal processing and displaying module.Data receiving and processing from CAN bus and sensors are accom-plished by programming,and vehicle condition can be reflected in real-time.

Thus a network appears.

How to achieve the voice announcing is put forward.The bus-stop will announce automatically and display on the OLCD by means of wireless communication SimpliciTI network protocol. As a result, the bus station stop announcement systems reported 99% accuracy rate, price of similar products declined by 300% or more, system of simple structure, improve the anti-jamming and stability of the power system, it is also portable.
