    近年來反季節(jié)種植已成火熱趨勢,溫室大棚的普及十分迅速,而溫室大棚對自動化、智能化的要求也越來越迫切,本系統(tǒng)將溫室大棚的溫濕度、二氧化碳濃度各個方面的檢測,通風、澆灌、溫度、噴灑農(nóng)藥等各個方面的控制進行綜合系統(tǒng)研究,實現(xiàn)溫室大棚對自動化、智能化的要求。這一系統(tǒng)是基于單片機控制的智能檢測,控制系統(tǒng)包含單片機主控模塊、感應檢測模塊、傳感模塊,顯示、控制模塊等[1]。從而提高溫室大棚的種植效率,減少勞動力,提高利潤等。In recent years,counter-season planting has become a hot trend featuring the rapid popularization of greenhouse and urgent requirement for the automation and intellectualization of greenhouse.This paper offers a comprehensive and systematic study of the monitoring of temperature,humidity and carbon dioxide concentration in the greenhouse and the control of ventilation,irrigation,temperature and pesticide spraying in order to achieve automation and intellectualization in greenhouse.This system is based on the intelligent detection controlled by single chip computer with the control system including the main control module,induction detection module,sensing module,display and control module of single chip computer,which is effective in improving planting efficiency of greenhouse,reducing labor force and increasing profits.

  • 半導體制冷溫度控制系統(tǒng)的設計研究

    在半導體制冷技術的工作性能及其優(yōu)缺點研究的基礎上,設計了以單片機為核心控制元件,以TEC1-12706為執(zhí)行元件的半導體制冷溫度控制系統(tǒng)。采用高精度分段式PID控制算法配合PWM輸出控制的方法實現(xiàn)溫度控制;選擇數(shù)字傳感器DS18B20為溫度檢測元件,還包含1602液晶顯示模塊、按鍵調(diào)整輸入模塊和H橋驅動模塊等。實際測試表明,該系統(tǒng)結構簡單易行,操作方便,工作性能優(yōu)良,同時針對該系統(tǒng)專門設計的溫控算法,使半導體制冷器能更好地適應不同工況而充分發(fā)揮其制冷制熱工作特性。Based on the study of the performance and advantages and disadvantages of thermoelectric cooler(TEC)technology,a thermoelectric cooling temperature control system with single-chip microcomputer as the core control element and TEC1-12706 as the executive element was designed. High precision piecewise PID control algorithm combined with PWM output control method is adopted to realize temperature control. The digital sensor DS18B20 is selected as the temperature detection element. It also includes 1602 LCD module,key adjustment input module and H bridge drive module. The actual test shows that the system has simple structure,convenient operation and excellent performance. Meanwhile,the temperature control algorithm specially designed for the system can make the semiconductor cooler better adapt to different working conditions and give full play to its refrigeration and heating characteristics.

  • 基于STM32單片機設計的非接觸式電流檢測控制系統(tǒng)

    本系統(tǒng)基于STM32單片機設計的非接觸式電流檢測控制系統(tǒng),通過OPA548片將所給任意信號放大,由100Ω電阻和INA128芯片進行電流電壓轉換放大后,利用STM32單片機對獲取的電壓信號以0.488μs頻率采樣,利用STM32單片機的FFT庫,獲得信號的諧波信息。測量電流信號精準,該設計可廣泛應用在以STM32單片機為核心控制器件的新型儀表中,性能精準且抗干擾能力強。This system is a non-contact current detection and control system based on STM32 single chip microcomputer. It amplifiesany signal through OPA548 chip, converts and amplifies the current and voltage by 100 Ω resistance and INA128 chip. The obtainedvoltage signal is sampled at the frequency of 0.488 μs by STM 32 single chip microcomputer, and the harmonic information of the signalis obtained by the FFT library of STM 32 single chip microcomputer. The measurement of current signal is accurate. This design can bewidely used in a new instrument with STM 32 single chip microcomputer as its core control device, with accurate performance and stronganti-interference capability.

  • 基于Proteus的單片機模數(shù)轉換電路的設計與仿真

    以單片機控制A/D轉換器TLC549為例,對A/D轉換器的主要技術指標進行了分析研究,在Proteus平臺下,完成了A/D轉換電路的構建,采用器件工作時序方式進行程序編寫,借助仿真圖表、虛擬儀器等工具對A/D轉換的數(shù)據(jù)進行測量并對失調(diào)誤差、增益誤差、微分非線性、積分非線性和轉換時間等重要參數(shù)進行了詳細分析。結果表明:使用Proteus軟件可對A/D轉換過程進行定性分析,將抽象的A/D轉換器技術指標直觀化、形象化展現(xiàn)出來,有助于學生更好地理解A/D轉換過程。The main technical indicators of A/D converter were analyzed and studied with an example from A/D converter TLC2543 which is controlled by using SCM.It was completed the construction of the A/D converter circuit under the Proteus software.The programming based on the operation sequence of the chip is put forward.With the aid of the simulation tools such as virtual instrument,simulation charts provided by Proteus,the important parameters of circuit such as offset error,gain error,differential nonlinearity(DNL),integral nonlinearity (INL) and conversion time are analyzed detailedly.Simulation results show that the A/D conversion process can be qualitatively analyzed and visualized the abstract indicators of A/D.The system can help students better to understand the SCM conversion process.

  • 915MHz超高頻RFID閱讀器射頻前端電路設計

    為了提高超高頻RFID系統(tǒng)中閱讀器在低信噪比的情況下仍具有較高的識別能力,提出一種基于FPGA系統(tǒng)結合軟件無線電方法實現(xiàn)超高頻RFID射頻前端電路方案。超高頻射頻識別系統(tǒng)必須符合EPC Class 1generation 2標準,所設計的電路系統(tǒng)以Xilinx公司的XC6SLX16-2CSG324FPGA芯片為硬件基礎,將數(shù)字基帶調(diào)制解調(diào)和中頻濾波電路在FPGA系統(tǒng)中設計實現(xiàn),重點闡述了射頻前端電路的設計結構、AD/DA轉換電路,以及數(shù)字濾波器的設計。實驗結果表明,所設計的超高頻RFID閱讀器簡化了前端電路系統(tǒng)結構,提升了穩(wěn)定性,增強了抗干擾能力。該電路系統(tǒng)在信噪比較低的情況下,能夠較好地實現(xiàn)915MHz頻率的射頻接收和發(fā)送。In order to improve the reader UHF RFID system still has a higher ability to identify,in the case of low signal-to-noise ratio.The UHF RFID systems must comply with EPC Class 1 generation 2 standard.In this paper,the design of the circuit system based on Xilinx's XC6SLX16-2CSG324 FPGA chip,and presents UHF RFID RF front-end circuit with software radio based on FPGA system.Digital baseband modem and IF filter circuit is designed and implemented in the FPGA system,and focused on designing the structure of the RF front-end circuit,AD/DA conversion circuits,and digital filter.Experimental results show that the UHF RFID reader de...
